Hi IRS, FBI, and DOJ,

Here are copies of the emails advising Karina Von Watteville to cease and desist.

This documents her threats, lies, slander, and insane attempts to defraud Paulette Brandt. I will now obtain declarations from the individuals who provided this information to me. That is precisely why I documented it. The woman appeared to be a con artist and, after she helped her out, decided to defraud Paulette Brandt, contacted Leonard Cohen's lawyer, and is now represented by the Criminal Stalker Gianelli. Karina Von Watteville has lied about numerous things - including Gianelli's false allegation that I have filed a fraudulent application for disability benefits. I most certainly have not and this woman has no evidence to support her obscene lies. Linda Carol is a lovely person who lived with Von Watteville for two months. Von Watteville has now turned on her.

The criminal mind is a beautiful thing. I will attach these emails to my declaration for the Small Claims Court. The mediator advised me to bring this situation to his attention. A temporary judge sat in the day Karina Von Watteville lied about the statute of limitations. This woman was in the hallway screaming about Leonard Cohen.

So, Gianelli has decided to target everyone. Why? Because he's a criminal moonlighting for what appears to be Spector's prosecution and an informal member of Cohen's defense team. He's emboldened - that's why he sent me the extradition information re. Greece/US.

Robert Kory,

This is a formal cease and desist demand. You were recently copied on an email slandering me, threatening me with a blog (if I didn't take mine down), by Stephen Gianelli. This man has criminally stalked, harassed, threatened, attempted to intimidate, and engaged in other outrageous conduct with respect to me (my sons, members of my family, friends, business colleagues, etc.) since communicating with your office in May 2009. He then targeted me under the assumed name Joff Belark and falsely informed me that he is a journalist. He also communicated with my son about "Joff Belark."

A former roommate of Paulette Brandt's responded to a Small Claims Complaint (re. rent arrears) by calling you. She was quite clear about this in front of Paulette Brandt, the mediator, and other witnesses. You are not involved with this Small Claims matter and I did not sue. However, Stephen Gianelli provided this woman with legal advice and is now slandering Paulette Brandt and others. And, I believe it is safe to say that he's threatening her over her apartment. I will sue over this matter. I have filed a motion against Cohen; have been relentlessly harassed over that; provided Judge Hess with evidence related to the campaign of harassment; and there is a hearing on June 23, 2015.

I intend to file a motion to vacate the fraudulent domestic violence lawsuit. That will also address the domestic violence related orders that were terms of the now suspended probation. I find it bizarre that any Court would provide you and your partner with anything to use against me since you have personally been involved in destroying my life.

Your letters to the IRS are not IRS holdings. They are a defense to the allegations of criminal tax fraud (re. Leonard Cohen). I have emails from you in the spring of 2005 confirming that you understood I had reported these allegations to the tax authorities. I have now challenged the IRS and FTB refunds as fraud and filed an Identity Theft Affidavit re. the illegal use of my SSN and other information. That would include on the "Theft loss" forms and illegal K-1s transmitted to IRS and State of Kentucky by LC Investments, LLC.

Gianelli harasses me, slanders me to others, and conducts himself criminally in order to elicit responses. He argues Leonard Cohen matters and appears to be part of the defense. That's something that will be addressed in my federal RICO lawsuit. I was not served Cohen's Complaint and LA Superior Court is not going to successfully extort $10 million from me. The illegal interest continues to accrue. There is no accounting.

I am advising you to cease and desist. Gianelli appears to have proven that he works with you. See Karina Von Watteville. The mediator advised me to bring her slanderous statements to the attention of the Court which I intend to do. That will include Judge Hess and whatever individual hears the motion re. the fraud restraining order matter. Sexual harassment and indecent exposure are not a dating relationship.

I am once again advising you to cease and desist. Robert Kory is not involved in Paulette's Small Claims complaint against you. Paulette advised me that you informed her today that you phoned Kory. I'm not certain I understand why a woman who does not know me is contacting Kory because you owe Paulette 14 months rent and refuse to pay her. Perhaps the IRS and DOJ understand.

For the record, I've been documenting everything for iRS, DOJ, FBI ... since reporting Cohen's criminal tax fraud to IRS.

I have now heard (from someone who was present) that you are threatening Paulette Brandt. I have addressed your slanderous gossip about me. I am documenting this for IRS, FBI, DOJ, FTB, and others. I am once again reminding you, on Paulette Brandt's behalf, that fraudulent reports to government agencies (and others) are criminal in nature. You are threatening to make Paulette homeless? You are living in a commercial space that doesn't permit people to reside in so you should be very careful when you attempt to force Paulette into homelessness.

I am copying in IRS, FBI, DOJ, and others, because I want to advise you that should you threaten me or Paulette Brandt, I will go to law enforcement. My life has been destroyed since I reported Leonard Cohen's criminal tax fraud to IRS and I do not tolerate anything I view as illegal. I have also heard that you threatened to falsely accuse Paulette of wrongfully receiving a very minor amount of unemployment and want to remind you that fraudulent misrepresentations to government officials are illegal.

Please leave me out of your drama permanently. You could avoid these problems if you paid your debts.

Re: Overdue Rent Demand

Dear Karina:

As of this date, I have not received payment in the amount of Six
Thousand, seven hundred dollars ($6,700.00) Dollars representing the total amount of your outstanding rent.

I would like to remind you of our agreement. Prior to moving in, you
and I orally agreed that you would make monthly rental payments to me
in the amount of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars and half the utilities. This agreement was in effect from August, 2011 (when you moved in) until when

you moved out in October 2012, fourteen months later. You made a payment of Seven hundred dollars for the utilities, and I am crediting another Three hundred dollars towards the rent. What is presently outstanding is Six Thousand, Seven hundred dollars ($6,700.00) in rental arrears.

We agreed that you could rent my second bedroom on a month-to-month
basis and, due to your circumstances, I agreed to let the rental
payments accrue until you were in a position to financially address them. Let me remind you that you promised to pay the outstanding rent in full when
you resolved your green card issues and received the payments due you from the Social Security Administration. You recently showed me the $23,000.00 check you received for your social security benefits but have not as yet paid the outstanding rental amount in full.

I also feel it is important to remind you of the condition you left
the room in. The clean-up required my removing 20 garbage bags filled
with trash and garbage. Your room was infested with cockroaches. It was not when you moved in, and I believe this is due to your habit of bringing boxes and other items in from the trash and dumpsters. Your cats used the entire room as a litter box and the walls were sprayed with urine. I ultimately had to seal the room and bomb it on four separate occasions to address the roach infestation you left behind.

I have gone out of my way to accommodate you, but this situation has caused

me considerable hardships.

Please consider this letter a demand for you to remedy this situation by paying the outstanding rental amount of Six Thousand, seven hundred dollars ($ 6,700.00) immediately. This outstanding amount should be sent to:

Paulette Brandt, 1754 N. Van Ness Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90028.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions you might have.
If you fail to comply, I will be forced to commence legal proceedings against you and/or exercise other available rights and remedies under the law.
