Hello IRS, FBI, DOJ, and ICE,
This is an email Karina Von Watteville sent Linda Carol today, May 10, 2015, threatening her. Linda Carol provided Paulette Brandt with a declaration that will be submitted to Small Claims Court tomorrow. She is not devious. Her declaration is factual. I am not a convicted criminal. Leonard Cohen committed criminal tax fraud. I reported that on April 15, 2005. LAPD's report states unequivocally that my emails to Cohen were generally requests for tax information. The City Attorney, and many others, lied to the Court and jurors. They lied about IRS and federal tax matters. Cohen and his lawyers perjured themselves. I am NOT in receipt of the IRS required tax and corporate information. I never intended to annoy Leonard Cohen but I do believe he should be prosecuted for criminal tax fraud. I have no idea why Cohen was testifying about Phil Spector, some version of his insane gun story about Phillip, Steve Cooley, Alan Jackson, or Dennis Riordan. My lawyers didn't understand it either and were clear with the Court and jurors about that fact.
Please forward Linda Carol's declaration to the Social Security Administration. I will forward a signed copy once it is scanned. Von Watteville, a green card holder, is threatening Linda Carol's college benefits and explaining that she can be expelled from school. Linda Carol has engaged in no criminal conduct. This is the M.O. that has been used repeatedly on me and many others. There should be an absolute investigation into Karina Von Watteville, Stephen Gianelli, Robert Kory, and Von Wattevile's threats. No one engaged in criminal extortion re. ICE and ICE's Chief Trial Counsel can testify to that fact.

1. Ms. Von Watteville has NEVER written to you at all - let alone harassed you.
2. I have not suggested that she sue Paulette Brandt, Linda Carol or you - but she clearly has an excellent case should she decide to pursue it.
3. You cannot have it both ways, Ms. Lynch. One the one hand, you keep sending out emails expressly referencing and clearly motivated by the small claims proceeding, including the allegation that Ms. Von Watteville’s statute of limitations defense is "fraud", your equally absurd claim to ICE and others that she should be "deported", and your claims that my assisting her with that dispute is "illegal" and that the Greek government should deport ME. You also keep announcing that YOU will be filing Linda Carol's declaration in that case. One the other hand, you assert that. You have nothing to do with that proceeding and don't know her, but minutes later claim that she is "defrauding" the estate of an elderly man in emails to me and the attorney for the estate. So which is it?
4. Transmitting nude images of a person by email without their permission is a criminal offense, as was your attempt to get Linda to lie about doing so.
You folks are ALL going to wind up behind bars.
