As is my right, I posted some of the legal documents (Motion for Terminating Sanctions) on my blog.
This criminal did not provide me with an analysis of anything. He has relentlessly harassed me, and others, for years now. In fact, he has harassed me since hearing from (according to him) your co-counsel, Michelle Rice, in May 2009. Your workload is not my issue. The legal issues and facts are insane and that's not due to anything on my part.
If you have any questions please hit reply all. Stephen Gianelli is not an attorney of record in this case, the fraudulent domestic violence matter, or anything that relates to Leonard Cohen or Phil Spector.
As I have advised you, I intend to file a RICO suit addressing the federal matters that have arisen with respect to Case No. BC338322. That will include the use of the fraudulent Complaint to argue Leonard Cohen's case with IRS Agent Luis Tejeda. I still am not in receipt of IRS required tax and corporate information for the years 2004, 2005, and 2006. I will remind you that the judgment, entered in May 2006, is not retroactive and does not state anywhere that Cohen has no obligation to provide me with tax or corporate information. Furthermore, the U.S. Supremacy Clause is quite clear vis a vis the Internal Revenue Service. I would assume that is particularly true in a matter where I was not served as in the present matter. I have sent IRS, FBI, and DOJ the first draft of my RICO Complaint so they are clear that this is my intention.

In 2013 – after you posted your moving papers on-line, I provided you with a comprehensive analysis of all of the areas in which your motion was procedurally lacking. You then attempted to address all of the deficiencies I raised in a supplemental filing that considerably increased Jeffery Korn’s workload.
I do not intend to do the same thing again.
Suffice it to say that even if your filing was not ridiculously oppressive in length and hopelessly disorganized, a half-dozen procedural deficiencies prevent Judge Hess from even entertaining it on the merits and it has zero chance of being granted.
