Hi IRS, FBI, and DOJ,

I'm reviewing evidence for my RICO lawsuits.  This is a letter that Bruce Cutler responded to.  The individual from the Hartford Insurance Company copied him on an email to me regarding this matter.  As you know, this issue relates to an ambulance bill I received in connection with serious physical health issues that caused Michael Ingrassia to phone an ambulance when we were working on an ACLU campaign in Montclair, California.

I don't know why this individual copied Bruce Cutler - nor do I care.  This is relevant due to the fact that when I was taken to King Drew, the incident LAPD questioned me about related to an evening when I visited Phil Spector.  Hampton and Oppenhein wanted to know about Phil Spector and guns.  I asked them (and the DA investigators I spoke to about this matter) why they weren't interested in Oliver Stone.  The reason for that question is because Oliver Stone and I were involved in a Buddhist center His Holiness Kusum Lingpa opened in Los Angeles.  That was very public - as was my friendship with Oliver Stone.  No one knew I was friendly with Phil Spector or very few people.  I have no idea who placed the anonymous tip to the DA's office telling them about my friendship with Phil Spector.  As far as I am concerned, Ira Reiner (who was representing Cohen) placed the call.  

I've addressed this issue with you previously and in great detail.  It will be addressed in my federal RICO suit.  I continue to be criminally harassed over my federal RICO suits by a moonlighting stalker who is now also harassing me over Bruce Cutler.  He should harass Bruce Cutler.  He should also threaten him (Stephen Gianeli should) with his alleged family Mafia connections that may involve Arthur Gianelli or Marianne Gianelli.  I have no idea.  As far as I'm concerned, Gianelli could also be a serial murderer.  I do not know this man.  He's obsessed with Phil Spector and Leonard Cohen's interchangeable gun story and body parts.  Also, any potential IRS prosecution of Leonard Cohen for criminal tax fraud.  Of course, Leonard Cohen and the City Attorney are in no position to argue anything on behalf of the IRS.

benefits, including how wages are calculated. Again, the amount paid to
