Hello IRS,
The tax issues are clearly relevant in the matter before Judge Hess and that would explain why Kory continues to argue federal tax matters. I plan to attach the IRS transcript I recently received proving that Leonard Cohen has not provided me with IRS required form 1099 for the year 2004. Streeter lied to the jurors when she advised them that the tax matter is a "ruse" and she is clearly referring to IRS required tax documents that employers provide their employees so I wouldn't have been the individual in possession of that information. This woman is totally out of her mind. I wasn't Cohen's business manager so the evidence doesn't show that. Cohen testified that he did know what a 1099 and K1 are. He has a team of professionals working for him so this man has no excuse for failing to provide IRS required tax and corporate information to me. Cohen has this information.
Streeter: But the People will submit to you or show to you that this so-called business relationship, or not honoring their business relationship, indeed the most important thing that she mentions every so often the tax statement is merely a ruse. For example ... the evidence you will see ... that Ms. Lynch specifically asked for her K-1 form ... Let’s talk a little bit about Ms. Lynch’s need for the tax form or tax returns -- the evidence will show that Ms. Lynch was Mr. Cohen’s business manager. The evidence will show that Mr. [sic] Lynch -- Mr. Cohen has no clue as to what a W-2 form is, a 1099 is, a K-1 form. The evidence will show that Ms. Lynch is the one that had all of that information, knew all that information. Mr. Cohen did not have it, does not have it and does not understand what it means. Okay. (RT 42-43)
Streeter begins to elicit testimony about federal tax matters. Does this "annoy" Leonard Cohen? Yes, the K-1s are a constant theme. The TH K-1s prove I am a partner who was included on federal tax returns. The LCI K-1s prove criminal conduct. I was not Cohen's business manager. I never filed an IRS document or prepared one. I suppose Cohen can now lie and say he meant I mailed them. See all tax returns and preparer information. They will be attached to my motion as well.
Streeter: And do you also recall discussion about K-1, criminal K-1? Cohen: Yes, that was a constant theme. Streeter: Do you know what a K-1 is, Mr. Cohen? Cohen: Well, I didn’t until I asked. Streeter Who did you ask. Cohen: I asked my attorney. RT 82 Streeter: And you mentioned that Ms. Cohen – sorry – Ms. Lynch was your business manager; is that correct? Cohen: That’s correct. Streeter: During the time that she was in your employ as your business manager, who took care of filing documents with the IRS? Cohen: That was Ms. Lynch. RT 82
I am reviewing the transcript from my so-called trial carefully now. I think IRS should obtain all transcripts from the court. You can then see prosecutors advising judges that my case is unusual because it involves a "celebrity." That is how the City Attorney's office thinks. These are issues that are being addressed in my motion. The 9th Circuit Court is upset about prosecutorial misconduct. Well, just about every word during my trial was a lie - including with respect to IRS and IRS matters. Kory's testimony about providing my lawyers with tax information, etc. is deranged. I'll get into his testimony as well. These issues are also going to be addressed in the federal lawsuit I am filing against Cohen.
All the best,
Kelley
