Dan Meade has asked an excellent question.  Of course, he is a witness who provided me with a declaration so Gianelli is once again engaged in witness tampering.  I've asked Dan to forward the emails to me and explained that Gianelli slanders me to friends in order to isolate me and intimidate people.
