Stephen Gianelli, who has criminally harassed me, members of my family, and others, for years has referenced one of your Cohen fan sites in a slanderous email sent to the State of Kentucky. Gianelli works in tandem with Cohen fan, Susanne Walsh, who frequently copied Cohen's lawyer, Michelle Rice, in on her criminally harassing emails to my family. See my son's declaration in this legal document. These emails made him ill and they continue.
I have also attached a declaration/case history (one document) for you to review. It addresses the facts. I have asked Cohen's lawyer, Jeffrey Korn, if he can assist me in bringing this criminal harassment to an end. I am addressing very serious federal tax and corporate matters and just forwarded him a copy of a Motion I intend to file with respect to the fraudulent default judgment.

I have asked you to remove the slanderous comments and articles from your blogs. I am aware that you permit "Stephen Gianelli" to post there.
For the record, I did not have Leonard Cohen's archives. He picked those up, together with business and personal files in my offices, in October 2004. He was well aware that, as a courtesy (after he decided to renovate his garage and turn it into a recording studio and guest suite) I stored boxes of old business documents (many belonging to Machat & Machat, I might know), Phil Spector's master tape, corporate, partnership, and tax returns, in my home garage. Cohen abandoned that property and I had no legal obligation to hire a moving van and return them to him. His lawyer had them seized when I advised the iRS Commissioner's Staff that I planned to send that evidence to them in Washington, DC.
Gianelli was not bcc'd or copied in on emails from me. He has been relentlessly advised to cease and desist; lawyers have advised him to cease and desist; law enforcement has taken reports about this criminal conduct.
I, too, am advising you to cease and desist with this slanderous and defamatory conduct towards me.
