IRS and FTB,
Since the judgment is silent on this matter, I will now ask Judge Hess to clarify whether the default is evidence of a hostile take-over or corporate dissolution. I cannot tell. The judgment essentially dissolved the LLC partnerships. I think you can obtain Old Ideas, LLC formation documents. I have Westin's emails confirming that he believed I had a 15% ownership interest. That was not addressed in the Complaint. That was another mistake? He also confirmed that it was a partnership. I cannot imagine forcing someone into this position and then summoning LAPD's TMU when I didn't live in Los Angeles which, I might note, is a huge issue. This is what State Bar members can do in Los Angeles. I don't believe it's legal and I don't care what LA Superior Court thinks. I want a federal court's opinion on this entire situation.
All the best,
Kelley
