Subject: Corporate Books, Records, & Tax Return Inspection
To: Jeffrey Korn cc: IRS, FBI, DOJ & Multiple Recipients
Jeffrey,
I am awaiting a response to my request to inspect the corporate books and records of Stranger Music, Inc., LC Productions, Inc., Blue Mist Touring Company, Inc., LC Investments, LLC, Traditional Holdings, LLC, and Old Ideas, LLC.
There are serious federal tax and corporate issues outstanding. I am unclear how LA Superior Court intended to see the corporations unwound or dissolved. Also, the judgment fails to address how my ownership interest on federal and state tax returns should be handled.
Leonard Cohen testified that Westin rectified a mistake re. Traditional Holdings, LLC. Did the court sign off on that? If so, I would like to discuss that matter with Internal Revenue Service. Additionally, Cohen testified that he asked someone (re. TH): Is it safe and is it legal? He did not ask me that question. To whom was that question addressed and did he receive a response? What was that response? If Cohen learned that something was illegal, I believe I have a right to know that and would like to discuss that with IRS, FBI, and DOJ.
I have advised you, in prior emails, what I would like to inspect and for what purposes. Some of those purposes may involve criminal tax fraud, self-dealing, fraud, etc. and an attempt to obstruct justice.
