I do not believe for one moment that my sons and sister were copied in [inadvertently] on the latest round of criminally harassing emails. I also don't believe it was inadvertent that Gianelli & Walsh copied in the City Attorney. I have, as you probably know, asked IRS, FBI, and DOJ to investigate my trial, all IRS matters and lies about federal tax matters, and the willful registration of a foreign restraining order as a domestic violence order. I believe Cohen, Rice, and Kory were well aware that they were working with the Family Violence Unit. However, sexual harassment and indecent exposure are NOT a statutory required "dating relationship."
Since I also do not believe that Walsh inadvertently copied Michelle Rice in on her criminally harassing emails, I am once again requesting your assistance in bringing this unconscionable activity to an end. I have a legal right to pursue remedies and file the motions I intend to file next week.
I await your response to the very serious federal tax and corporate matters I've addressed.

I have not contacted your mother for a very long time, but still she keeps mentioning my name, with accusations of different crimes and guesswork of what I "maybe involved in" with Mr. Cohen, Mr. Gianelli and others, in order to "target and harass" her, on her very public blog and in e-mails to several different authorities (IRS, FBI, DOJ, different judges, attorneys, medias etc.).
