To: IRS cc: Multiple Recipients
Hello IRS,
Moving through the transcript. I am primarily focused on perjury as that is what will be addressed, to some degree, in the motion I am filing with the Court. I have no idea why they went on and on about the Colorado hearing. I was present and asked the Court to make the order permanent. That's NOT the issue and was not. I was told (as have others) that this order expired on February 15, 2009. I want an IRS opinion re. the use of a local order to subvert IRS rules and requirements, etc. That would include issues related to the corporate entities. Why am I listed as a partner and yet LA Superior Court wrongfully converted my property to Cohen? How does he plan to explain the corporate records, stock units, agreements, and federal tax returns? Rice wrote me. I responded. She then testified, during cross, that the restraining order prevents Cohen from providing me with tax information. These people are professional liars. Rice began to mislead with her testimony. She attempts to explain away her cc recipients. Why were Dennis Riordan and Ron Burkle copied in? The woman lied about a material fact. These people are truly pathetic. Rice is clear however - that I was requesting tax information.
All the best,
Kelley
P.S. I intend to ask both courts to recuse this paid witness lawyer.
MICHELLE RICE DIRECT
Streeter: Now, do you know a gentleman by the name of Leonard Cohen? Rice: I do. Streeter: How do you know him? Rice: Mr. Cohen is a client of our law firm. Streeter: Okay. And did you assist in any way in him getting a restraining order in the State of Colorado? Rice: No. I was actually a witness in that proceeding. Streeter: Okay. And you were a witness in the proceeding. Was it at the part for the permanent order or the temporary order. Rice; The permanent restraining order hearing. Streeter: Okay. And at the permanent restraining order hearing, do you know a woman by the name of Kelley Lynch? Rice: I do. RT 324 Streeter: Do you recall at that hearing whether or not Ms. Lynch was present? Rice: Ms. Lynch was present at the permanent restraining order hearing, yes. Streeter: Okay. And did Ms. Lynch make certain statements about – during the course of that proceeding involving the restraining order. Rice: Certain statements? I’m not sure – Streeter: Yeah. Did she make comments, talk to the Court during the hearing? Rice: She did … I was present at the hearing. Streeter: Did she make comments during that hearing? Rice; She did. Streeter: Do you recall if Ms. Lynch agreed to stay away from – let me back up. The purpose of the restraining order hearing was to protect a person, Mr. Cohen. Rice: Correct. But it was also our law office and it was also Mr. Kory, my law partner, and myself. Streeter: Okay. And at that hearing did Ms. Lynch agree to stay away from Mr. Cohen. Rice: Yes. RT 324-325
Ask both Courts to recuse Witness Rice. The Boulder order names Kory/Rice physical law firm as a place to avoid. From what I could tell it had to do with Cohen having an office there. I never argued that I wasn’t at the hearing or didn’t agree to the order so this entire line of questions and answers is absurd. They are arguing with themselves for no reason.
Streeter: All right. Now, at some point later, in about – actually 2011, did you register that restraining order from the State of Colorado? RT 327 Rice: Yes. I was the attorney of record in that proceeding … Streeter: What is that [document]? Rice: This is the form DV-600, register out-of-state restraining order, in the State of California. Streeter: And is that the copy of the registration of the restraining order from Colorado? Rice: Yes. RT 328 Streeter: Before you registered that restraining order – I think that was in May of 2011 – at some point in February of 2011, did you send a letter on behalf of Mr. Cohen via email to Ms. Lynch? Rice: Yes. Streeter: And why did you send a letter to Ms. Lynch? Rice: It was an email, and she had started really emailing Mr. Cohen and my law partner, Mr. Kory … I was not included on her email distribution list … Mr. Cohen sent – he forwarded from his email address to my email address those emails, and said she’s now contacting me directly, emailing me, and this has got to stop. Streeter: Based on that, did you send – did you send a letter via email to Ms. Lynch? Rice. I did. RT 328-329
Exhibit 24 – Email from Rice to Lynch dated February 14, 2011 (3 pages)
Streeter: What is People’s 24? Rice: It is an email communication to Kelley Lynch from my email address, mrice@koryrice.com, which is my law firm’s email address, to Kelley.lynch.20102@gmail.com, and the subject line is “Notice of violation of permanent restraining order cease and desist.” RT 330 Streeter: At the bottom of People’s 24, there’s a little icon that says attachments. What were those attachments, Ms. Rice? Rice: It’s the Colorado permanent restraining order 9208.pdf. RT 331 Rice: I just hit Reply and I actually replied to all … Streeter: So that the People are understanding you correctly, your email that you sent her was in response to an email she had sent you or Mr. Cohen? Rice; No. I’m sorry. I may have miscommunicated. RT 332 I just sort of copied all of the recipients into my email to her, because I – she had not been emailing me. RT 332 Streeter: Do you remember what was said in that first email [response] that you got a half hour later. Rice: I seem to recall her saying that it was a fraudulent restraining order. Streeter: It was a fraudulent restraining order. What else did she say? Rice: That she had valid reason for contacting me and it was in, you know, she wanted tax information. Something to that effect. RT 333
