Hello IRS, FBI, DOJ, and FTB,
Richard Dallett is my first husband. Prior to hearing from Gianelli when I was in Ft. Lauderdale, where Richard lives, I informed that I was being stalked and harassed. Here are his emails confirming Gianelli's calls to him. Someone also called to advise him not to help me. They impersonated a non-existent social worker who told Richard I was a crack addict and advised him to help me. He doesn't know if that was Gianelli. Richard also wrote me that he had no idea what Gianelli was talking about in his emails about my visit or visits with Richard. However, he immediately began harassing Eric. There is a police complaint about that issue. GIanelli also sent a letter to Eric which I filed a complaint with the San Francisco USPS about. His law office was evidently
there. The USPS advised me that they opened a criminal complaint. It's interesting that the Anonymous Nut Prosecutor advised Barela that I hadn't gone in to report this harassment. I have even into the FBI and she has no idea what I met with FBI about. She just told the judge I never went into the FBI. I have gone into the Los Angeles FBI. See the complaint I filed. In anyway she didn't specify what she was talking about. When I last spoke to FBI in Oakland re. Gianelli's criminal harassment, the FBI didn't ask me to come in. That day, I also spoke to Berkeley PD (one detective that arrested me) and LAPD's TMU. She said I never went into LAPD. When I spoke to LAPD's TMU they never asked me to come in. They asked me to contact them again if Walsh copied in Cohen's lawyer, Michelle Rice, and said they would handle that. Berkeley PD told me they would speak to FBI. I think they were clear that I did not know there was a restraining order. They had to call someone to find out what it related to. They then advised me that it was Boulder. I was arrested based on
some form of California warrant and that's "domestic violence." This is very serious federal fraud. It includes wire fraud.
My emails have documented all of this activity. Please keep in mind that I was advised to do so by His Holiness Kusum Lingpa. Since that time, others have confirmed that it's excellent to have a record documenting what has unfolded. The City Attorney and LA Superior Court find that annoying. They're documenting
these issues for IRS, FBI, DOJ, Treasury, and FTB. There is a reason Vanderet did not want Agent Tejeda/IRS on the stand testifying. The man would not wait two hours. It's unconscionable. He also lied about me. And, he permitted the Nut to file something under seal. I would like that investigated since I didn't
realize I was in FISA Court. I am not personally going to look into it. The woman sat in front of me and stated her name when she phoned Detective Viramontes at my probation hearing. She is a complete idiot, lies, and is really interested in her clothes and her hair. It is very evident. She also, as did Streeter and others,
concealed the totality of circumstances, and adverse evidence in their position, which carries jail time. See the Professional Business Code.

Kelley, you may well have sent me copies of e-mails discussing your being harassed, but quite frankly they were so long and made references to so many people that “Gianelli” rang no bell. I am very sorry. Please accept my apology. The incident when someone called me and advised me not to lend you money was several years ago, and I never associated that call with Gianelli”s. If you give me Eric’s phone number or e-mail I will contact him and apologize for any inconvenience caused. Again, if anyone ever contacts me in regard to you I will say nothing.
