Mr. Riordan,
I'm reviewing the documents Korn provided me in the related case. He failed to provide me with the proof of service re. the Complaint There is extensive perjury and fraud in these documents. Cohen, under penalty of perjury, advised the Court that the original recording tape of "Heart On" is his. He lies when he says that none of the property is mine. LASD noted partnership and corporate documents. He fails to address the Machat & Machat documents that were also seized.
All the best,
Kelley
Fails to confirm seizure of partnership documents, corporate records, corporate tax returns, Machat & Machat documents, Adam Cohen tapes (that do not belong to LC), master tapes from the Tribute Album I executive produced that do NOT belong to Cohen), Phil Spector masters, etc. All old documents, stored for years, he removed all files and boxes from my office, and the 3 old ProCan awards were plastic, old, and he didn't like them so they were store, as were old files re. passport, green card abandoned, etc. There were NO original manuscripts.
The master was for "Hard On" a song produced by Phil Spector and the master tapes were owned by Phil Spector Records.
Declaration of Leonard Cohen
Case No. BC341120
Filed February 27, 2006
Mailed January 19, 2006
Proof of Service Attached. Mailed.
Document is filled with lies. I was served none of these documents.
Ms. Lynch’s home was set for foreclosure and I believed that my personal property was at great risk of being imminently lost, concealed, transferred, damaged or destroyed due to Ms. Lynch’s erratic, bizarre, and spiteful behavior.
Ex parte application was granted on October 13, 2005.
LASD seized property on October 18 and 24, 2005.
Reviewed content of those boxes and they do indeed contain property belonging to me. Cohen notes “an original tape recording of my single “Heart On.” Fails to mention corporate or tax files.
Ms. Lynch had and has no ownership interest in any of these items.
