Susanne Walsh is Leonard Cohen's fan,  She frequently copied Michelle Rice in on her harassing emails.  These emails were sent to me, my sons, members of my family, and Paulette Brandt.  

I intend to file a Motion to Dismiss Cohen's fraudulent domestic violence order and a Motion asking Judge Hess to refer Cohen to the DA for a perjury prosecution.  

Leonard Cohen stole from me.  He has willfully disregarded all corporate records.  I intend to file a federal lawsuit addressing many of these issues - including the use of restraining orders in an attempt to prevent me from requesting tax information (including IRS required form 1099 for the year 2004) and effecting service upon Leonard Cohen.  

I am still not in receipt of IRS required form 1099 for the year 2004; Leonard Cohen has not rescinded the illegal K-1s LC Investments, LLC transmitted to IRS indicating I am a partner on that entity; no one has addressed the Traditional Holdings, LLC phanton income shifted to me but not distributed; and so forth and so on.

I have brought Stephen Gianelli's recent harassment of me, my sons, sister, and Paulette Brandt to your attention.  He seems to believe he represents Leonard Cohen and was in touch with his representatives from what he posted publicly.

I will bring this conduct to the attention of Judge Hess.
