Hello IRS,

The proxy continues to criminally harass me over issues related to Leonard Cohen.  

I've already addressed the situation with LA Superior Court and the fraudulent domestic violence order.  If LA Superior Court does not dismiss this order then I will file a federal lawsuit.  

Michelle Rice wrote and lied to me on February 14, 2011 that she registered the order in California.  My lawyers already addressed the fact that this was a material lie.  She copied IRS, FBI, Treasury, Ron Burkle, and Dennis Riordan on that email.

The issue with the default judgment is not over.  This is now a federal tax and corporate matter.  IRS, FTB, and State of Kentucky view me as a partner on numerous entities.  Therefore, this will also be addressed in federal court.  I have also challenged Leonard Cohen's fraudulent refunds, he willfully overlooked all corporate records, and he testified on March 23, 2012 that I never stole from him, and (in his August 2005 interview with MacLean's) confirmed that he was not accusing me of "theft."  Furthermore, these are NOT his accounts.  These are corporate accounts.  Cohen obviously doesn't want to address his nearly $6.7 million in loans and interest due (totaling approximately $4 million at this time) from TH and other matters.  Nothing with respect to the federal tax and corporate issues has been foreclosed upon.

Perhaps Leonard Cohen, a narcissist with a long and publicly documented history of drug abuse, actually believes someone simply wants to communicate with him.  He should call LAPD's TMU for the attention he so obviously craves.
