2007 STATE BAR COMPLAINTS

Daniel Bergman & Dana Wolinsky (Lindsey’s custody lawyers).  The issues?  Bergman and Wolinsky filed fraudulent documents, lied in court, lied about serving documents, refuse to communicate with me (even though Judge Karlan ordered them to do so and they were in egregious contempt of court), lied to Judge Karlan that the IRS Commissioner’s Staff were not copied on my emails (so I pointed that out to Judge Karlan because they submitted evidence proving they are liars), comments about Cohen’s tax fraud and how it relates to the custody matter, Bergman’s attempts to convince Judge Karlan (which failed) that my shorthand notes in court were wire tapping, and the fact that Lindsey was in violation of Karlan’s order every day from June 2005 until Ray’s 18th birthday  Judge Karlan ordered Lindsey to have Ray call me every single night.

Steve Cooley (Phil Spector’s prosecutor):  Advised that I filed a complaint, per the Orange County DA’s suggestion, with William Brown, Lieutenant, Special Operations, DA’s Bureau of Investigations.  Complaint notes that I filed a Complaint with the DA’s Major Fraud Unit re. Leonard Cohen.  Rather than simply confirming receipt of the Complaint (although I did speak to Jeff Jonas), Cooley directed his office to hang up on me, forward me to Organized Crime, threaten me (including Marko’s threat which Rockaway PD thought was a criminal threat), and notes that I had advised Cooley and the DA’s office that Leonard Cohen lies about Phil Spector.  The Orange County DA also advised me to file a complaint with the Attorney General of California which I did.
