No false fraud complaint was filed with the IRS. The reason I raised Leonard Cohen's tax fraud in my case history is because his lawsuit is retaliation over the fact that I reported the tax fraud to the Internal Revenue Service on April 15, 2005. Also, my lawyers set forth the extraordinary penalties Leonard Cohen was facing. He offered me 50% community property. There were witnesses present: my lawyers and accountant. It was also addressed, by my lawyers, in writing and the IRS has that memorandum. Kory wrote on May 24, 2005 explaining his generous settlement authority and advising me (Lindsey and Penick) that the IRS would demand answers to questions going back years. I didn't argue federal tax matters. Leonard Cohen now has.
Cohen hadn't seen me in nearly a year and my hair wasn't blonde. I wasn't served his lawsuit. I have sent you evidence that my hair was brown. Rutger was harassed by GIanelli over Chad Knaak. He is being harassed all day today - at both his private and business email addresses.
GIanelli has been harassing me relentlessly since he heard from Kory/Rice in 2009. He works in tandem with Cohen's fan, Susanne Walsh, who frequently copies in Cohen's lawyer, Michelle RIce. I wasn't served this lawsuit and the court has no jurisdiction over me. None whatsoever. If the judge doesn't vacate it, the matter will be appealed and the theft and wrongful altering of my federal tax returns will be addressed in a federal lawsuit. Perhaps a federal will understand jurisdiction.

today and every day) might come to a different conclusion, Ms. Lynch.
Nor did Leonard Cohen tender the issue of your false tax fraud complaint
to the court in the context of the pending motion; YOU did that. In
fact, the majority of your narrative is devoted to it.
