Hello Mr. Riordan,
Did you enjoy today's emails criminally harassing me. Gianelli created the 14th Sheepdog so he's clearly involved. Kelly Green, posting on the Darwin Exception in 2007 - a vile and vulgar site dedicated to demonizing Phil Spector and glorifying Alan Jackson. In fact, I thought Alan Jackson was typing up recaps of the trial himself when I reviewed that website/blog. AJ - should I spin on Alan Jackson. I think not. I think men like you should deal with lunatics like Alan Jackson who was featured in my trial, as was Steve Cooley. They are now featured in my Writ of Habeas Corpus which was filed. In fact, the court called my lawyer back to advise that my Writ does not have to be on their form. That has got to be one of the more insane issues I've ever heard of in my entire life. Is my Writ too long? Well, that's because the perjury, lies, concealment, fraud, prosecutorial misconduct and retaliation, are excessive and over the top. And, the Appellate Division evidently doesn't think I have a constitutional right to abandon my appeal. My attorney and I disagree and this issue will be litigated.
Who else was raised as being part of the 14th Sheepdog's
emails criminally harassing me? Oh right - Sprocket, the mouthpiece for
Lana Clarkson's mother. Michelle Blaine publicly thanked
Gianelli/Blogonaut for helping to target my blogs and email accounts.
And then there's Cohen fan, Susanne Walsh, who has gone out of her way
to target me, my family members - and others, and who has copied Cohen's
lawyers in on emails to me. Then there's prosecutor Sandra Jo Streeter
and the City Attorney's office who continued to lie in their
Respondent's Brief and absolutely attempted to sabotage me and the IRS.
Streeter permitted Gianelli to copy her in on many emails criminally
harassing me. I ultimately had to call Carmen Trutanich to advise him
that I have a legal right to appeal without this type of harassment and
retaliation. Of course, that office threatened me after LA Superior
Court advised me to file complaints with them re. the prosecutor's

Leonard Cohen has stolen millions from me. He is aligned with Gianelli. He testified about Steven Cooley and Alan Jackson and he now has three versions of his good rock 'n roll story about Phil Spector before LA Superior Court. Two of those are part of my Stalinesque Show Trial. I wonder which version Steve Cooley and Alan Jackson believe? Did Phillip hold the gun to Cohen's head, neck, or chest? Was the weapon an automatic or a semi-automatic. Where's the bottle of Jewish ritual wine that is in many versions online including one Mick Brown referred to.
In any event, these people are dangerously unstable and are now evidently amused by their outrageous and, no doubt, criminal conduct with respect to me. They also appear dead set on lying about the IRS and FBI; lying to the IRS and FBI; and transmitting fraud (Gianelli) to the IRS. I am sitting here reviewing evidence with my lawyer and he doesn't believe Cohen can conceal corporate books, records, stock certificates, memoranda, notarized documents, non-revocable assignments, my indemnity agreement, etc. in his retaliatory lawsuit. No one can figure out why Judge Ken Freeman relied on a declaration rather than corporate books and records.
By the way, my attorney is extremely clear that Cohen's fraudulent refund didn't address Leonard Cohen's tax fraud. And, that refund has now been challenged as fraud with the IRS - as have the illegal K-1s that Streeter intentionally distorted for my jurors.
I've decided to forward all criminally harassing emails, as they arrive, to the FBI. At the end of each day I will post them to my blog with my comments and commentary. These lunatics have relentlessly been advised to cease and desist.
So, are you clear on the messages I received today? They're evidently coming from Alan Jackson and Kelly Green with Sprocket copied in using a dog persona created by Stephen Gianelli who glorifies Cooley, Jackson, Dixon, Streeter, and others. I'm very clear and have been all along. That's why I wrote Cutler that I thought they might confess their conduct was so blatant. And now they are further emboldened. Have you figured out who they are yet? AJ.

Doug Davis/FTB has spoken with me and emailed me. He never blocked me. Perhaps he sees right through Stephen Gianelli. I know everyone intelligent does. Bill Pavelic? What's the issue? I have his private emails to me. Bruce Cutler is all Gianelli's. As I've said, they should get married. I've addressed Bruce Cutler with Phil Spector.
