Hi Steven,

Spoke to the appellate division. Judge Alex Riceirdulli will wrap his mind around this now. I've spoken to my attorney about moving this insanity out of Los Angeles.  The have MOTIVE.  The appellate division was entirely aggresive with me and are fixated on lying lawyers.   They can play games in their corrupt legal system but, as you noted, they cannot play games with reality.  This is a cover up of criminal conduct.  It involves the City Attorney, District Attorney, and I am being criminally harassed - over, I might note - the 14th Sharmapa.  THe Karapa Controvery is clearly at issue.  Money lauudering,e tc. and a situation involving Indian intelligence. I am dealing with Sikkim West.
