Dangerously unstable hardly begins to describe this lunatic whose dog shits/vomits religious pujas onto a carpet - as he wrote in his article (which I have in my possession) regarding the 14th Sheepdog, targeting the 14th Sharmapa.
I never had booze fueled anything. This known as
slander. I had a lot of friends living with me and their names are -
Gesar Mukpo, His Holiness Kusum Lingpa, His Eminence Yongzin Rinpoche,
His Eminence Choegon Rinpoche, and others. I also had friends such as
Dr. Yeshe Dhonden (the Dalai Lama's doctor) stay with me. Bhakha Tulku
Rinpoche visited frequently as did many lamas. This is a bald-faced lie
and Leonard Cohen, Steve Lindsey, and others think slander is a defense
to their conduct? Even Superfon knows I didn't drink. This man is
insane.
Did Doug Davis/FTB laugh about me?" Are the stewards of
the taxpayer's money laughing about Leonard Cohen's attempts to defraud
the U.S. and various state governments. Doug Davis never advised me
that he blocked me. It is interesting that Gianelli (the 14th Sheepdog)
is focused on the FTB. I know Cohen's tax lawyer, Westin, was and just
wrote the FTB about issues related to Cohen, LCI, and TH.
I've been clear about Cutler. I could care less about
this alleged tough guy. I've addressed this with Phil Spector and,
after doing so, heard from Phil Spector personally. I view Bruce Cutler
as a coward who was unable to help his client. I've been clear -
Gianelli should call Cutler up and ask him to marry him. What point is
the Sheepdog making - that he is Gianelli? Gianelli withdrew from what
field? Advocacy of Leonard Cohen? Or, setting up reasonable doubt
theories about Phil Spector on the internet so they could be attacked
and refuted. Gianelli and Michelle Blaine (who stole nearly $900,000
from Phil Spector and someone I view as the female Leonard Cohen - a
bald-faced liar and thief) aligned herself with Gianelli/Blogonaut to
target my email accounts and blogs. They have tried everything to
silence me.
My lawyer is in possession of the Writ and either
filed it or will file it. I see Gianelli's obsessed with my case.
There's no Reply because we attempted to abandon the appeal - due to
ongoing prosecutorial misconduct, retaliation, further lies on the part
of the City Attorney, etc. I have a constitutional right to abandon
that appeal and this is going to become a legal issue with the County of
Los Angeles.
Gianelli and the 14th Sheepdog have been advised relentlessly to CEASE AND DESIST.

I do know how appellate division's work and will be litigating their refusal to permit me to abandon my appeal in due course. Oral arguments have been scheduled. The Writ has or will be filed.

You thought that the man from the FTB Doug Davis (the one who laughed about you in an email and who blocked you in 2012) was a "nice man" who "understood what I was going through" (or so you testified in trial transcript excerpts you posted on your blog).
