Hello FBI,
Let me see if I can follow this logic - Leonard Cohen's fan is criminally harassing me over a misdemeanor.  I have a legal right to appeal.  The lies are inconceivable.  And now, Leonard Cohen's operative is writing that this is going into the FBI's trash bin and seals it with a happy face.  Leonard Cohen should be arrested.  This is his signature strike.  This man is not an American, came to this country and defrauded the U.S. and state government (and the taxpayers), and uses his wealth and power to further his evil causes.  The taxpayer in LA is now paying to sabotage the IRS.  The City Attorney continues to lie in legal documents.  The appellate division - as everyone in reality knows - has exposed me further to dangerously unstable people by refusing to abandon my appeal.  This is MENTAL ILLNESS,  The corruption in LA Confidential is spilling out into reality.  What does the FBI think Trutanich is trying to accomplish.  You have the evidence that Cohen committed tax fraud, engage din self-dealing, and lied through his teeth on the stand.  Where are we going with all of this? 
Here is LA Confidential's argument - call her a whore.  Say she hits the crack pipe.  Allow her to be criminally harassed with the prosecutor copied in.  Have a DA's investigator in the court watching Cohen testify about Phil Spector and a gun.  PRETEND you're not engaged in illegal discovery about the IRS and Phil Spector. 
This is a bullshit misdemeanor.  The taxpayers are going to foot the bill to prove that this is corruption and people belong in prison.  That will be money well spent.  This is a trifectta of corruption that involves the DA, City Attorney, and LA Superior Court who wouldn't know evidence if they fell over it.  Everyone wants to know - how did Judge Ken Freeman decide to aid and abet Cohen with his theft from me WITHOUT EVIDENCE.  He just took Cohen's word for me.  No corporate books and records.  It shocks the conscience.

And now, some BIMBO broad with motive - affiliated with Cohen's lawyer - is lying about the FBI.  No one intelligent thinks this is a prank.  You ought to roll in with the cuffs.  The FBI wasn't even allowed to monitor the Boston bombers but LA Confidential can monitor freedom of speech?   My God.

Leonard Cohen's deranged fan continues to criminally harass me.  His fans targeted Steven Machat as well.  I'll tell you what is bizarre - having a stark raving lunatic targeting your family while Leonard Cohen perjures himself, abuses the legal system, and glorifies people like the judge who lied about me and some insane prosecutor who I personally believe should be prosecuted for her conduct. 

Susanne Walsh has been relentlessly advised to cease and desist.  I am appealing the garbage misdemeanors and do believe that the DOJ and FBI should join the Voice For Men (and their investigator) in their investigation into the terrorist abuse of restraining orders, the City Attorney's relationship to celebrities and Hollywood law firms, and the targeting of innocent people over celebrities.  I happen to agree with them - judges, prosecutors, lawyers, and others, belong in prison over this situation.

In any event, I am continuing to review the evidence against Leonard Cohen and Steven Machat really nailed it - Leonard Cohen uses corporations to evade paying taxes    His greed and wrongful conduct has caught up with him.  His defense - slander and operatives like Susanne Walsh.

The LA County and legal system are in their full right, in fact it is their responsibility, to monitor your behaviour in any way they can, especially since you are, in your usual obscene and vicious manner, slandering and attacking procecuters, judges and everybody else who disagree with your lies.

This is a fan of Leonard Cohen's who appeared to have been in close touch with his lawyer, Michelle Rice.  This is also a woman who targeted my family members.  Leonard Cohen seems to think his tax fraud matter, theft, etc. is a game.  I suppose that's why - at times during the trial - he appeared amused and actually about to laugh.  That's why his psychiatric history, drug and alcohol abuse, and other problems - such as stealing and pathological lying - need to be taken into consideration in order to get a clear picture of him.
Leonard Cohen - like Gianelli and this lunatic fan - have no qualms lying to or about the IRS and other agencies.  Leonard Cohen defrauded the U.S. government and they obtained nearly $700,000 in refunds based on lies, fraud, concealment, etc.  But, Cohen has the so-called powerful District Attorney and City Attorney of Los Angeles covering for him (on the taxpayer's dime) so he's probably feeling fairly smug and self-satisfied. 
Walsh, an absolute lunatic, has been advised to cease and desist.
