Hi Steven,

You have written and advised me that Cohen is evil, Kory is Satan, and advised my attorney that Cohen uses corporations to evade taxes, etc.  You offered to testify on my behalf and had a conflicting schedule during my alleged trial where your and your father's 15% share of Stranger Music (that Cohen stole) was introduced into evidence.  Cohen's fan, Susanne Walsh, thinks she'll be called the stand for criminally harassing my children?  I am filing suit against Leonard Cohen and the criminal harassment will be addressed.  Gianelli was raised in my Writ.  I have an order from the judge.  They've accepted my Writ.  Cohen's theft, fraud, concealment, and lies were addressed in that Writ and will continue to be addressed. 

Walsh, Gianelli, and others, find it amusing to criminally harass me, my sons, and others, over Cohen's criminal tax fraud and theft, and have been relentlessly advised to cease and desist.  In fact, my sister's lawyer spoke to Gianelli personally.  But, he does not care.  He's a lying lawyer with motive aligned with Cohen.

Leonard Cohen committed tax fraud and the refund has been challenged as fraud.  I took nothing from Cohen.  He lied to the court and said I received overpayments for my services.  As you know, I was his personal manager.  He's even lied about that.  The IRS has been given an abundance of evidence and I spoke to Canada Revenue last week about his residence/tax issues in Canada as well.

Slander is not going to help Leonard Cohen.  And neither is this ongoing criminal harassment where Rutger - and others - are being targeted with the FBI copied in.

Do you think Walsh is on drugs?  She also targeted my children, copying in Cohen's lawyers.  I have all the evidence and my lawyer and I are reviewing it now.

Just writing you since Walsh is lying about you.

Leonard Cohen has absolutely no outstanding business with the IRS, he recived a refund on the taxes he paid on the money you stole from him. The IRS knows who are trustworthy and credible, and that is not you my friend, so suck it up.

The ongoing slander and criminal harassment of my sons, etc. will not change the facts or evidence.
