As we discussed, the appellate division would post something this afternoon. They clearly cover for the trial court and I want this appeal out of Los Angeles. I think I had to be served. To say otherwise is absurd.
Let's talk after oral arguments. I've sent you some notes.
These people are shockingly unconscionable. I am going to speak to the
investigator who is taking claims re. the City Attorney, celebrities,
etc. to the Grand Jury.As we discussed, the appellate division would post something this afternoon. They clearly cover for the trial court and I want this appeal out of Los Angeles. I think I had to be served. To say otherwise is absurd.
