Hello Mr. Davis,
I wanted to review some of the evidence I've provided my attorneys, the IRS (and others agencies), Phil Spector (his lawyers and former manager, Iris Keitel/ABKCO Records), Steven Machat, and others.  This letter was written to me and Leonard Cohen by Cohen's tax lawyer.  It followed the insanity with the FTB notice that made Richard Westin hysterical and was one of the key pieces of evidence that forced me to conclude it was time to report Cohen's tax fraud.  I believe Westin decided to file an LC Investments, LLC return - issuing K-1s to me and Leonard Cohen (assigning  me approximately 99.5% of LCI) after the FTB notice to either TH or LCI.  Do keep in mind that TH - not LCI - was the Kentucky entity.

Re:  2003 Kentucky Return of LC Investments, LLC

Dear Leonard and Kelley,

Kindly file the return with the Frankfort Office of the Kentucky Revenue Cabinet.  I enclosed an envelope, duplicate letter and SASE for this purpose. I am having the date stamped copy of the cover letter to the Revenue Cabinet sent to me, son on receipt, I will send it to on and Kelley should add it to the LCI binder.

Leonard or Kelley need to sign the return on the front page of the return.  It has only 2 pages.  I am preparing this return in a manner that avoids any Kentucky income taxes imposed on either of your or on the entity.  It is my opinion it is legitimate to take this position.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Very truly yours,
Richard Westin

Richard Wesitn never represented me.  He represented Cohen, showed up with Cohen at a meeting with my lawyers in October/November 2004, wrote me that he never represented me, and stayed on as Cohen's lawyer until April 2005.

Why would LCI owe taxes in Kentucky?  I'm reviewing evidence for my attorney.  We're filing a lawsuit against Leonard Cohen within the next two weeks.

All the best,
Kelley
