Do let me know if you're unclear that Steven Machat views Cohen and his lawyer as evil liars; believes Cohen uses corporations to evade taxes; was willing to testify for me (but had a scheduling conflict); and has the evidence and knows that Cohen stole from him and his father. Walsh, while criminally harassing me and my sons is lying. Cohen also stole Bird On A Wire from Steven and lied that he was hiding it from Avril Giacobbi. Just another pathetic lie of Cohen's. Review the transcript of Steven and my conversation. The prosecutor concealed this but targeted me over Steven and Marty Machat's share of Stranger Music, Inc. Steven and I discussed this, after my trial, and he agrees - this is part of my case against Cohen and legitimate. Furthermore, Steven is clear - Cohen stole from Phil Spector also. The criminal harassment by his fan, Gianelli, etc. will not change the facts or evidence.
