Gianelli,
I am advising you to CEASE AND DESIST. If you like Hailey Branson, email her. I have been clear with the IRS and FBI - you should be charged, prosecuted, and arrested for your conduct here. I am represented and my lawyer is clear - my trial is an IRS matter that demands an IRS investigation. Each time you email me, I will continue to forward it to the FBI. They do, as they advised me, investigate criminal witness and evidence tampering. Perhaps they understand why Cohen concealed all the corporate books and records.

To the FBI,Stephen Gianelli refuses to cease and desist. People believe there may be money in it for him. Why would I care if Hailey Branson is attending oral arguments. She has already slandered me and the LA Times doesn't appear to understand investigative journalism.
Let me reiterate this: Stephen Gianelli should be charged, arrested, and prosecuted for criminal witness tampering, witness intimidation, harassment, an intent to obstruct justice, etc. The man is positively dangerously unstable.
My appellate lawyer knows when oral arguments are. Is this man on drugs? Clearly he has motive but he is also a stark raving lunatic.By the way, I had a very nice visit with a Tibetan lama today - who is a very very close friend of mine - as well as his wife and some other people I have known for years.
All the best,Kelley---------- Forwarded message ----------
