Per the advice of my attorney, I am sending this email to you.  Gianelli is an absolute stark raving lunatic with motive.  The IRS and FBI have not blocked me years ago.  Mick Brown and I have communicated numerous times with respect to Leonard Cohen's good rock and roll, ever changing gun stories about Phil Spector and Mick Brown and my 2005 communications about the Grand Jury testimony/transcripts he reviewed - which contain statements of Leonard Cohen's. 

This lunatic is Stephen Gianelli - writing me as the 14th Sheepdog.  He just wrote me about Les Ziegel the other day (and I wrote Les myself) as Stephen Gianelli.  This psychopath with motive is threatening me with jail?  Well, Gianelli feels emboldened for a reason, now doesn't he?  That will not excuse Cohen's alignment with him which is being addressed in my Writ.  The man has been advised to CEASE AND DESIST.

My attorney is headed to oral arguments over my appeal and calling the DOJ on Monday to find out precisely what occurred with Agent Tejeda, who was meeting with IRS/DOJ attorneys about the subpoena (Gianelli lied publicly and stated that Agent Tejeda didn't receive a subpoena), and my public defenders.  Agent Tejeda/IRS is an issue on appeal and the City Attorney is well aware of that.  From my perspective, ,they lied about Agent Tejeda further.

The FBI should contact Interpol over this madman.
