To the IRS Commissioner's Staff,

I wonder what the Pillsbury law firm's conflict was?  Boies Schiller approached them to represent me and advised me that when they ran a conflict check, they had a conflict of interest.  They've been on my Blog.

Of course, my appellate attorney and I are addressing - in the Writ of Habeas Corpus - the impeachment evidence the prosecutor concealed from my jurors - re. Phil Spector and another version of the gun story by Leonard Cohen that proves he lies about Phil Spector.  He testified that Philip held a gun to his head but the prosecutor has an email from Cohen saying the gun was held to Cohen's neck - and, Alan Jackson,etc. used a Leonard Cohen gun story with a different weapon (from what he testified about at my trial) and the gun was held to the chest.  Clearly, this proves - further - that Cohen perjures himself, no? 
My appellate attorney and I are addressing Cohen's concealment of corporate books and records, reviewing the IRS binder and discussing Cohen's fraudulent refund falsely accusing me of misappropriation, and Robert Kory's letters to Agent Tejeda/IRS in response to Agent Sopko's email advising me to report Cohen's tax fraud to Agent/Tejeda/IRS.  Perhaps that's why Judge Vanderet felt comfortable denying me a defense, compulsory witnesses - including Agent Tejeda, etc. 
In any event, Stephen Gianelli (a lawyer from SF area) continues to criminally harass me and is impersonating my teacher, the 14th Sharmapa, by writing me as the 14th Sheepdog. And, charmingly enough, Vanderet didn't think anyone should be targeted.  Well, his conduct - and the conduct of the prosecutors - has exposed me to this insanity.  LA Superior Court helped Leonard Cohen convert my property to his.  How can you add two companies into a default judgment (that I was not notified of or served regardless of the prosecutor's deranged line of questioning on that topic) that are not named parties to a matter - without evidence of corporate ownership interest?  LA Superior Court simply relied on lies in Leonard Cohen's declaration?  How shocking is that.  Well, the willful unlawful altering of my federal and state tax returns is not an issue that will be going away for LA Superior Court and the City Attorney's office, etc.
