Hi Francisco,
Thank you for your note. Here is a reference from the transcripts re. Agent Tejeda/IRS, the IRS binder, and the fact that we were only handed that binder on Monday, April 9th, and immediately issued a subpoena for Agent Tejeda. The judge doesn't know me. He has no idea what he is talking about when he starts saying what I didn't or did know about the IRS, Agent Tejeda, the refund, etc. He is simply making it up - see the sidebar below. I had NO IDEA that Cohen obtained a fraudulent refund. I also was unaware that a federal IRS matter could be turned into a misdemeanor intent to annoy Cohen that involves Phil Spector. I will review everything and give you a list of issues I think are relevant for the oral arguments. Obviously, you will decide how to handle that. You have my document re. the prosecutorial misconduct. I think I'll detail all her lies in opening and closing arguments in a document as well. The City Attorney is now lying to the appellate division. The IRS binder contains inconceivable fraud, perjury, lies, concealment, and an attempt to obstruct justice. It also contains Cohen's complaint. I wasn't served. The proof of service is fraudulent. LA Superior Court HAS NO JURISDICTION over me in that matter. Therefore, there's no judgment. Maybe the appellate court understands why you have to be served. If not, I'm going to the U.S. Supreme Court on this issue alone. I'll go pro per. Maybe they'll hear that case. They can just look at the U.S. Constitution, scroll down, and read the due process clause to themselves and immediately acknowledge that I have run into absolute stark raving lunatics.
All the best,
Kelley
We received a binder from Ms. Streeter that was provided to her by one of the witnesses that includes, you know, we believe a highly relevant witness that goes to Mr. Kory's anticipated testimony based on what she provided us. He's an agent of the IRS and we have subpoenaed him. We received that information on Monday. We subpoenaed him, he's received that subpoena, but pursuant to federal regulations he has to clear that before he can testify with the appropriate authorities. I spoke with the agent this morning. That request is being considered and evaluated by their attorneys ... Based on the fact that we received the binder on Monday ... RT 385 (Public Defender)
The People mentioned the drug usage not to use as defamattory, that was more as a common scheme and plan ... RT 433 (Streeter) Court: Whether he used drugs or not used drugs is not the issue ... it goes to the issue of whether the calls were ddruing the course of business. RT 433/434 (Judge Vanderet) If he has himself proclaimed to be a drug user RT 434 (Public Defender)
I DID NOT KNOW THAT THE IRS BINDER WOULD BE HANDED OVER TO MY LAWYERS AND HAD NO IDEA THAT COHEN OBTAINED A FRAUDULENT REFUND (SEE IRS BINDER) OR THE IRS AND FEDERAL TAX MATTERS WOULD BE AT THE HEART OF A SO-CALLED INTENT TO ANNOY LEONARD COHEN TRIAL. VANDERET IS LYING.
Sidebar: People rest. We’d like to move our “evidence.” Court: What are your plans at this point? Kelly: Our plans are we want to find out about Agent Tejeda.Court: I will tell you my strong view is I’m not going to delay the trial for Agent Tejeda. You guys, whether you knew his name or not, you were well aware of the relationship, if any, and I think it was quite tangential of the merits of the IRS thing long before the trial, and I’m not going to delay at this point the trial. (RT 432)
Lynch: I’m going to testify. Court: Okay.Lynch: But I want to hear about the IRS agent first. Court: Well, you can talk to your lawyers about that okay? Streeter: Thank you, your Honor. Court: Thank you. I’ll see you guys at 1:30. (RT 443)
