The City Attorney is arguing over federal tax matters while
concealing Agent Tejeda/IRS. Of course I was deprived of a defense.
Its incredible to me that the City Attorney would squander taxpayer
dollars over Leonard Co9hen's seriously egregious tax fraud and for a
man who cannot live in Canada. I am mailing the IRS Commissioner's
Staff Schmitter''s declaration. She's lying about their budget woes,
obviously Someone should audit them.
There is no prosecution case. Fortunately, even teenagers get this. Talk abut arrogant idiots.
The
City Attorney is just lying through their teeth in the Respondent's
Brief. It's incredible. The City Attorney doesn't think there was
prosecutorial misconduct. Back to this joke - how do you know when a
lawyer's lying?
All the best,
Kelley

To the DOJ,
Where
in the Constitution does it state that Leonard Cohen has a right to
live in anger? Is that my issue - this man's revenge fantasies and
psychotic personality? Leonard Cohen's lies on the stand - or his anger
- are not constitutionally protected. My speech is. This is a pure
freedom of speech issue. Furthermore, I was not served or notified of
the Califrnia resgistered order. It's fascinating that tte City
Attorney would liie and say I don't have to be served or notified. Do
you know what I love? That the California Supreme Court found the
intent to annoy statute unconstuitutionally vague and then struck if
from the record.
