I have just phoned Francisco about the fact that the prosecutor permitted Gianelli to copy her in on many harassing emails to me - during my appeal and want to go over all IRS documentation (in the IRS binder), concealed corporate books and records, theft from me, etc. before oral arguments. Additionally, I have advised Francisco that the City Attorney has no jurisdiction to argue anything about federal tax matters although they have done so and continue to do so in the Respondent's brief.
Gianelli has been relentlessly advised to CEASE AND DESIST. I do not want this dangerously unstable stark raving lunatic with motive sending me photographs of his dog who he wrote shits or vomits religious ceremonies onto his carpet. The man is deranged and the fact that this dangerously unstable lunatic relentlessly targeted my children, elderly parents, and others, is unconscionable.

dangerously unstable stalker - who has indeed engaged in witness
tampering, witness intimidation, stalking, etc. - is now sending me
further harassing emails. He has publicly acknowledged being aligned
with Leonard Cohen, in touch with Cohen's lawyers, and Investigator
William Frayeh/DA's office believed he was a shady character who may
have found a sympathetic ear with Spector prosecutor Alan Jackson about
