Gianelli sienced me when I spoke honestly on his blog about Phil Spector and stated the facts about Leonard Cohen. That's why Gianelli heard from deranged Michelle Rice who had no qualms writing me, violating the restraining order, lying and copying in the IRS, FBI, Treasury, Dennis Riordan, Ron Burkle, and possibly Spector prosecutor Alan Jackson. She lied about Judge Enichen. She looked absolutely pathetic on the witness stand and sounded like your classic lying lawyer who will do anything for a buck. She's made her entire career targeting me for Leonard Cohen. Gianelli has relentlessly slandered me, targeted me since 2009, and targeted my children, elderly parents (actually calling them to intimidate them), sister and her husband (refused to cease and desist when he was advised to do so by her attorney and tried to blackmail her on his blog), my ex-husbands, and it just goes on and on. The man clearly attempts to sabotage me and infiltrate matters related to Cohen's criminal tax fraud and Phil Spector. I believe Investigator Frayeh's assumptions - this is a SHADY CHARACTER who probably found a sympathetic ear with unconscionable Spector prosecutor Alan Jackson whose rotten Major Fraud Unit elected not to prosecute Leonard Cohen for theft, fraud, etc. Michelle Blaine was posting on Gianelli/Blogonaut's blog at this point. The woman stole from Phil Spector after she wormed her way into her life. In most realms this would be viewed as elderly abuse but no in LA Confidential. It is revolting.
I NEVER accused Leonard Cohen of manufacturing meth (although Streeter and Cohen attempted to prove this because they are psychotic) and have been very clear about the Dallas FBI's investigation into the Aryan Nation, a MURDER, the Cartel, METH LABS, and meth cooks that relates to a young acquaintance of mine's uncle. I met this young acquaintance while homeless. Cohen bankrupted me intentionally and his conduct now annoys him and he's concerned with his reputation. The FBI was investigating a murder. What's the issue? Does Gianelli want to sabotage that. I haven't named the subject of the FBI's investigation but Gianelli is just making it up as he goes along. Freda Guttman, whose daughter allegedly heard Lorca Cohen say her father molested her, repeated this incident to Ann Diamond. I have accused Leonard Cohen of nothing relating to that matter but wouldn't put anything past this lunatic based on what I have seen that he is capable of.

Conspiring? Well, what we know is this. Gianelli glorifies Cohen, his lawyers, Jackson, Cooley, and Streeter. Most recently, he's defending the prosecutor who people in reality see right through. They're also aware of who Cooley is and voted against him in the AG election. It was one of the first times the Bay Area weighed in on a Southern LA politician. I've addressed ad nauseum and am addressing it privately with the IRS, FBI, DOJ, Treasury, and FTB. The ledger is fraudulent. My exposure to criminal tax fraud? That would be Leonard Cohen's. I have no exposure. My taxes have been paid.

The fact that I own 15% of all Cohen's intellectual property dating back to 1967 is highly relevant. He's a thief who has withheld commissions I am owed; defrauded me of millions; has stolen from Machat & Machat; sold Phil Spector's master tapes to Sony; committed tax fraud; and is out of control. The man's greed is inconceivable. The numbers they toss around are constantly in flux and I have no intention of addressing the fraudulent ledger with Gianelli again. The man is a stark raving lunatic who I believe the IRS and FBI should investigate and prosecute.
