Francisco,
I am reviewing the City Attorney's Response Brief. They are lying about Cohen and Phil Spector's Grand Jury. Mick Brown/UK Telegraph has reviewed the transcripts and Cohen's statements were presented to the Grand Jury. Furthermore, Cohen's statements appear in prosecution motions. There is nothing IMAGINED about this situation and that would include the outrageous waste of taxpayer dollars. I have included a link for the Spector prosecutor's motion in limine which contains Leonard Cohen's statements or a version of the gun story that contradicts his testimony at my trial regarding Phil Spector. This is exculpatory evidence and the City Attorney's office continues to lie about the situation. Please address this particular piece of exculpatory evidence/perjury re. Leonard Cohen as well. I will have a document for you today addressing all lies, etc. in the Respondent's Brief. Streeter had Cooley's investigator in the courtroom during the trial. Clearly, she was in a position to determine if the prosecutors in Phil Spector's case used Cohen's testimony OR statements.
"Her emails accused Cohen “over and over” of testifying before a grand jury in the Phil Spector trial, and perjuring himself during this imagined testimony, resulting in Spector’s conviction.
All the best,
Kelley
