How are you? Steven Gianelli has decided to lie publicly about your offer to fly out and testify for me. You've made that offer again. You did have me copy and send you the evidence related to Leonard Cohen's theft of your and your father's 15% share of Stranger Music, Inc. (intellectual property). Gianelli doesn't know either of us. He's now saying that if was a priority of yours you would flown in. You had a scheduling conflict and my lawyers should have filed a stay of the proceedings or asked for a continuance. To bolster this garbage, he says I should have attended Phil Spector's trial. Absolutely not. There's no way I am sitting through the outright slandering and demonization of my friend. I wouldn't have been able to sit there and listen to the outrageous things that were said about him.
I just want to look at this because his ad hominem attack on me (since hearing from Cohen's lawyer in 2009) is outrageous. He simply lies about me. It's all made up, Steven. He's also targeted my children, elderly parents, sister and her husband, and just about everyone in my life. I'm clear - I believe he engages in criminal witness tampering, criminal witness intimidation, and view his conduct as criminal harassment and criminal stalking, etc. He finds that amusing.
Gianelli is talking about your film. Leonard Cohen stole that film. We've discussed this. In fact, you reviewed and commented on this transcript. I have never seen so many dangerously unstable liars in my life.

Good of you to quote what went on with me and Cohen and the corporate books and records he concealed. You already shared your thoughts with me on that matter and advised me to sue Cohen for theft, etc. I'm working on my book.

P.S. I have no idea who [he] is talking to. I know you received some vile emails from Cohen's fans. One of his pals is a Cohen fan, Susanne Walsh, who has also slandered me relentlessly, targeted some of my family members, etc. That's how Cohen operates.

And if it was a priority for Steven to fly in to testify for Kelley Lynch he would have done so. That’s what friends do.
Just like if it was a priority for Kelley Lynch to show up at Spector’s two trials to so support – when Spector was asking for friends to do so – she would have done so. She did not, even though for the first trial she was unemployed and in the Los Angeles areaMarch 24, 2013 at 7:02 PMNOTE Steven did point out that in his film, Bird On A Wire, Cohen falsely accuses his first manager of stealing three copyrights from him - including Suzanne. I worked on the deal that lead to the buy back of these copyrights and no one stole them. Steven also noted - after hearing that Cohen testified that I assailed his reputation re. drugs that he did - that his film contains footage of Leonard Cohen (high on acid) attempting to start a riot in Israel.
