One other point I want to raise with you - the email entered into evidence that I didn't send to Cohen or his lawyers.  This email was sent to Dennis Riordan and raised this point - Leonard Cohen told me that Phillip never held a gun on him and this supports what he told LASD.  I suppose the DA's office wanted that issue raised publicly.  Let me be clear here - Leonard Cohen told me that he informed the Sheriff's detectives that Phil never held a gun on him.  He told me that they were surprised that this story was 30 years old.  He said he told them that these were good rock and roll stories.  During my trial, my public defender (who wrote you and thank you so much for writing back - that meant the world to me and I know Sharmapa appreciates that) showed me Cohen's email to prosecutor Sandra Jo Streeter which she continues to conceal.  That office continues to lie about me.  It's truly pathetic and their statements that they have a budget crisis is an outrage.  When Nikhil Ramnaney showed me that email, I was in shock.  I told him - Leonard Cohen is evil.  Not only did he lie to me but he's now inserted more embellished comments that involve Lana Clarkson, an accident, and the fact that he wasn't concerned but an accident could have occurred.  I am clearly paraphrasing and sent you a copy of the email Cohen sent Streeter.

What did this testimony prove?  That Cohen has lied to me about many issues for years.  Did I assail his reputation, Mick?  He addressed his use of meth/speed with Sylvie Simmons but testified that I attempted to assail his reputation.  This man will say and do anything.  I think what is unfolding online with Gianelli is evidence that Leonard Cohen is a desperate man and this is a highly organized campaign.  This is how he operates.  He went to Brian Johnson/MacLean's (prior to filing his retaliatory lawsuit that related to my going to the IRS due to the fact that he used me relentlessly and there was no way to amend the corporate tax returns form my perspective) as an offensive measure.  His name would be dragged through the mud.  He has access to the news media and used the news media to destroy my reputation and his tesitmony and Victim Impact Statement was not only an outrage, it was filled with lies, perjury, slander, and his carefully crafted insane comments.  

The most insane comment to date - that we were in a dating or intimate relationship.  That's the perjury.  He told the truth at the March 23rd hearing.  At that hearing, he confirmed that I never stole from him.  He advised MacLean's that he wasn't accusing me of theft.  He's the thief, Mick.  He just has the attention of the news media.  He bankrupted me.  He flew into Boulder from Europe after his lawyer threatened Ann Diamond over her article for Rolling Stone.  Imagine how desperate he was.  And Mick, he emailed me - violating the restraining order - when I mention taxes, he sees Rutger is copied in.  Do you know how to tell that Cohen is evil?  See his testimony about my son's accident.  This annoys Leonard Cohen.  My son lost his fingers and Leonard Cohen is annoyed.  That may also highlight serious psychiatric problems.  As for the prosecutor - she is just vicious and aggressive, a bald-faced liar, and a sycophant who thinks it is acceptable to retaliate against me during the appeal process.  From what I could tell, there's something seroiusly wrong with prosecutor Sandra Jo Streeter.  She lies about me, elicits perjury, and then further targets me.  The City Attorney's office continues to lie about me.  They are all over an IRS tax fraud case.  My lawyer sees right through it and thinks it demands an IRS investigation.  He's correct.
