To the IRS Commissioner's Staff,

Please do review page 10 of Leonard Cohen's retaliatory lawsuit.  I never asked if I could receive cap gains treatment on any commission.  This is a bald-faced lie and perjury.  Leonard Cohen was consulted about my ownership interest in the intellectual property and this paragraph makes no sense at all - unless you view it in this manner:  Leonard Cohen, whose greed caught up to him, has tried to steal my share of the intellectual property back.  It's that simple.  And what does he do for an encore - aligns himself with individuals like Gianelli who attempt to slander and malign me.  He evidently does not have a defense re. his criminal tax fraud.  Leonard Cohen has an outrageous sense of entitlement.  I'm nearly done my document for Francisco Suarez, with my comments on the prosecutorial misconduct and lies, perjury, etc.  I'll send you a copy privately when it's complete.  It is my opinion that Sandra Jo Streeter should be investigated and prosecuted for her
role here.  I'm certain that pisses her off.  This is an entirely arrogant and aggressive woman.  She met a celebrity and thought she could sabotage me and the IRS, elicit testimony about Phil Spector, etc.  The appellate division should absolutely dismiss this appeal.  There is nothing on any law book that says I should be subjected to endless prosecutorial misconduct, perjury, concealment, fraud, etc.  In any event, the entire situation - as Francisco Suarez and other lawyers understand - is an IRS matter that demands an investigation.  That would include the role of Stephen Gianelli.  He is clearly playing games here.  The man is dangerously unstable and a stark raving lunatic.  Perfect cohort for Leonard Cohen who is evidently concerned about his reputation but not his perjury, theft, tax fraud, etc.  And clearly - he's not concerned about his three Phil Spector gun stories before LA Superior Court.  As people have noted - he thinks he's Teflon.

All the best,
Kelley
