Gianelli likes trashing us.  We definitely have to address Gianelli and the NAMBLA testimony.  The man is dangerously unstable and Investigator Frayeh/DA's office told me he thinks he is a shady character who may have found a sympathetic ear with Spector prosecutor Alan Jackson about me.  By the way, I think I deserve to know why the DA elected not to file criminal charges against Cohen for theft.  They steadfastly refuse to explain this to me although Streeter's on the record about it.

I want the appeal abandoned.  I refuse to deal with any more lies on the part of prosecutors and other lunatics in Los Angeles covering for Leonard Cohen.  As I advised you, I will have a document for you by the end of the day addressing all prosecutorial misconduct, concealment, witness perjury, etc.  It is excessive.  Who cares about probation?  Leonard Cohen belongs in prison.  That's my perspective and you and I and others agree - this is an IRS tax fraud case and demands an investigation.  Gianelli clearly has some type of motive.  I don't know if you've decided to file a motion or writ but I know this - the prosecutor's lies are excessive.  She met a celebrity, Francisco.  The City Attorney's is actually worried about its budget.  The situation is absolutely psychotic but pure Los Angeles.  

I want to address the email Streeter has from Cohen contradicting his testimony about Phil Spector and the version the Phil Spector prosecution used.  I also want to address the evidence Cohen is concealing with respect to corporate books, records, stock certificates, non-revocable assignments, etc.  He lied to the court and said I received overpayments re. my management commission.  He lied in his declaration.  He is NOT the sole beneficial owner of Traditional Holdings or Blue Mist Touring.  The man cannot stop lying but is evidently worried about his reputation.  I agree with you - Leonard Cohen is a snake.

1. Alleged prosecutorial misconduct is a reason to proceed with your fully briefed appeal, not to abandon it.

2. You are under the probation supervision of Los Angeles County for five years – no matter what you “intend”.

3. The appeal is fully briefed. All that remains to be done is for your court appointed attorney, Francisco Suarez, to attend the oral argument when scheduled. You need not attend that hearing. Therefore, in relation to the pending appeal, what’s to “deal with”?
