To the IRS Commissioner's Staff,

I have now phoned Ecco Press regarding the slander and defamation in Sylvie Simmons book. Leonard Cohen's default judgment, in a lawsuit I was not served, does not prove I misappropriated anything.  Furthermore, as you know, he has concealed corporate ownership interest, corporate books and records, non-revocable assignments, notarized documents, my indemnity agreement, etc.  I left a message for Libby Edelson who is an editor with Ecco Press.  Simmons was able to speak to over 100 people, was on my blog, read Ann Diamond's draft article - references it in her book, and was unable to contact me.

As for Gianelli, he has no idea what the IRS is or is not doing.  I am not attempting to request a K-1.  I have asked Cohen repeatedly (and Kory was clear about this on the stand) to rescind the illegal K-1s transmitted to the State of Kentucky and IRS for the years 2003, 2004, 2005.  I am not a partner on LC Investments, LLC and even the City Attorney - hidden away in their lies about me - was able to quote me on this from the record.  The IRS cannot provide me with the 1099 I need for year 2004.  I don't owe taxes.  I have losses.  The IRS and FTB are not pursuing me.  It's interesting that Gianelli is weighing in - repeatedly - on IRS issues.  This man's obsession with me is creepy.

All the best,
Kelley
