Hi Francisco,

Great article on Phil Spector.  LA Confidential has a serious problem with exculpatory evidence and prosecutorial misconduct.  Phil Spector is the exculpatory evidence my prosecutor is concealing.  It must be addressed in the motion/writ demanding that the Appellate Division abandon this appeal.  I refuse to tolerate the insanity involved with the City Attorney's office, District Attorney's office, and Leonard Cohen with respect to me.  If the City Attorney wants to continue to lie about me, they should do so with their colleagues in LA Superior Court and leave me out of the matter entirely from here on out.

All the best,
Kelley

Sevilla and Riordan’s appeal arguments have been made and the federalhabeas corpus magistrate judge is currently deliberating. I’ll let Phil Spector have the last word, which he sent me recently: “Hello Vikram. I’m sorry I can’t talk to you directly, but this will have to do. My comment on what happened to me at the second trial is simple: I am the only prisoner in America put here by a trial judge who was a witness for the prosecution. That’s wrong.”
