Defendant and Appellant

ABANDONMENT OF APPEAL

TO THE HONORABLE PRESIDING JUDGE McKAY AND THE HONORABLE JUDGES OF THE APPELLATE DIVISION OF SUPERIOR COURT

1, KELLEY LYNCH,  hereby abandon my appeal due to what I view as outrageous prosecutorial misconduct, threats made against me by the City Attorney’s office, retaliation against my person by the Prosecutor Sandra Jo Streeter in connection with a recent communication with LAPD, the ongoing concealment of exculpatory evidence (as it relates to Phil Spector, the corporate books and records that prove Cohen owes me millions, an IRS binder proving Cohen perjured himself with respect to his testimony about an IRS refund, and the prosecutor’s lies that I have the 1099 I need for the year 2004); the fact that the civil harassment order I requested in Boulder was wrongfully registered in Los Angeles as a domestic violence order - which I was not notified of or served; the non-disclosure of the reasons the District Attorney refused to prosecute Leonard Cohen; the fact that this is an IRS case; and for other reasons, and move to dismiss my appeal.

DATE 5 March 2013
                                                           KELLEY LYNCH

I am counsel for appellant on appeal. Appellant’s request is with my consent.
