It's very interesting how little support Gianelli actually has. I suppose more Anonymous pals could post. Investigator Frayeh/LA District Attorney's office advised me that he viewed Gianelli as a "shady character" who may have found a sympathetic ear with Alan Jackson about me. I personally believe that Gianelli posts reasonable doubt theories - articles and posts - on his Blog, and throughout the internet, about Phil Spector. These can then be refuted and attacked. It looks like very obvious tactic, particularly with the social media aspect of high profile trials these days. My Norwegian roommates saw right through Gianelli's slander with respect to me and did a presentation at UC Berkeley about the slanderous use (and other aspects) of social media with high profile cases. Another roommate of mine sees Gianelli's slander of me as an ad hominem attack that is simply meant to use slander and defamation to attack my character. People in reality knows these are lies and they are now clear - this is how Leonard Cohen operates, right down to Susanne Walsh who is affiliated with Gianelli/Blogonaut. I would like to point out that Michelle Blaine publicly thanked Gianelli/Blogonaut for targeting my blogs and email accounts. I have brought this activity to the attention of Google's Legal Department. Michelle Blaine stole from Phil Spector and has motive to lie. I call her the female Leonard Cohen. Leonard Cohen, as Cutler said about Blaine, is a bald faced liar and a thief. In any event, while Gianelli may appear unbiased, I don't buy it for a moment and that's why I feel he always glorifies Steve Cooley, Alan Jackson, and now pathetic Sandra Jo Streeter who attempted to retaliate against me after I filed my appeal. My attorney is very clear about all of her activity and conduct and has advised the appellate division - in his brief - that Cohen owes me millions. I have the evidence to support this fact. Leonard Cohen merely lies, commits perjury, defrauds people, and conceals evidence. And now, the prosecutor is concealing the email Cohen sent her that impeaches his testimony about Phil Spector and a gun story. I'm sitting here with the email. His testimony totally undermines the statements the prosecutor used in Phil Spector's matter.

Aloha nui!I thought Gianelli/Blogonaut used social media to set up reasonable doubt theories about Phil Spector's actual innocence so that they could be refuted and attacked online by various cyber-terrorists. I've studied the online activity and my roommates did a presentation at UC Berkeley about Gianelli's slander and defamation of me and how social media seems to be a tactic used in high profile cases. An investigator told me she is the mouthpiece for Lana Clarkson's mother and mentioned that he believed Juror #9 from Phillp's first trial was all over that blog pre-verdict. I was also highly suspicious re. Juror #9,including when Fidler polled the jurors. Gianelli/Blogonaut targeted me after I posted on his Blog about Phillip's innocence - 2009 - and has relentlessly targeted me since that time and aligned himself with Leonard Cohen.

The Spector case was very polarizing, and also brought out some fringe elements as well as one very crazy person.I think it brought out more than one crazy person - see Stephen Gianelli/Blogonaut, Michelle Blaine, Sprocket, Susanne Walsh, Kelly Green, the Darwin Exception, etc.
We just called it as we saw it, but many read an agenda into our posts - mainly the anti-Spector crowd, who refused to believe that we were not either Phil or his wife or on their payroll.That's laughable. No one who supports Leonard Cohen and his lies about Phil Spector is on Phil Spector's payroll.
One unbalanced Spector supporter accused is (and still does to this day) of being in league with Spector prosecutor Alan Jackson, which is strange because we were highly critical of some of his tactics and whether Spector is guilty or not we do not believe he received a fair trial.Yes, I believe that and Investigator Frayeh/DA's office did suggest that Gianelli found a sympathetic ear with Spector prosecutor Alan Jackson about me. I also believe Gianelli glorifies Steve Cooley and Alan Jackson.
We were also highly critical of the biased coverage provided by the T&T site. The same unbalanced commenter accused us (and still does) of being in league with the T&T editor Sprocket. (I doubt Sprocket would agree.)When using social media as a high profile trial tactic you wouldn't want to be too obvious. That's why Sprocket might not publicly agree. Sprocket has also participated in the ad hominem attacks on my character, simply meant to discredit me while attempting to keep Leonard Cohen credible. That's probably why the DA's investigator was hanging out and lunching with Cohen during my insane intent to annoy Stalinesque Show Trial. Evidently, the DA is so out of control that they don't care that Leonard Cohen testified about a version of the Phil Spector gun story that undermines the statements they used against Phil Spector and is probably uninterested in the email with another version that the prosecutor in my matter continues to conceal. This is something my attorney and have discussed at length; as well as the evidence I have proving Cohen has stolen from me and committed tax fraud.
