Hello Mr. Riordan,

I phoned Investigator Bennett back and left two messages.  I want to know the reason why Leonard Cohen was not prosecuted for stealing millions from me.  This office is aware of the evidence I have and some of the witnesses.  Cohen has also stolen from Steven and Marty Machat, as I pointed out to Brian Bennett.  Leonard Cohen, his lawyers, and Gianelli can continue running around in circles but the lawsuit is fraudulent and these are not overpayments of my management commission.  I have been clear with Brian Bennett since I met him - Cohen lies about Phil Spector.  I just explained that Judge Fidler's clerk advised me to write the DA about the fact that there are now three different versions of Cohen's embellished gun stories about Phil Spector before LA Superior Court.  And, the Grand Jury Legal adviser instructed me to contact Phil Spector's appellate attorney about these three versions.  Two must be perjured but Cohen acknowledged, during my trial, that he lied on the stand.  

I have advised Brian Bennett that I would like to know why the DA elected not to prosecute Cohen and I have advised him that I withdrew my appeal due to prosecutorial misconduct, ongoing lies by the prosecution, and the fact that the prosecutor simply attempted to sabotage the IRS and my lawyers felt the DA did not want the Phil Spector verdict overturned.  I left my number and email address and asked Bennett to simply contact me to either explain why Cohen wasn't prosecuted or to advise me that they will not explain their reasons for not prosecuting him.  It's a very straightforward request.

I have also been clear - I am no longer interested in speaking about Phil Spector and will now address all of this in my book.  I think Phil Spector and his legal team can handle Cohen's lies about Phillip before LA Superior Court.  And, I think when someone holds a gun on you, you know whether it was held to your head, neck, or chest.  Leonard Cohen used these embellished stories to advance his career.  He isn't afraid when someone holds a gun to his head but fantasizes about me driving down his street.  I think either he's a bald faced liar with motive or his pubilcly documented drug abuse has taken a toll.  It's probably both.  Gianelli is merely pathetic.  Who knows if he found a sympathetic ear about me with Alan Jackson.  From what I can tell - they're all a bunch of liars with motive.
