I was just looking for some documents and found this unopened insane email from Gianelli, copying in one of my trial lawyers, Captain Bornman (a man I know; Gianelli doesn't - Captain Bornman has not advised me not to contact him and Gianelli's a liar so I don't care what he says); and Dennis Riordan about Rutger and David Moorhead's view that he's a material witness for Phil Spector.

Ms. Lynch,

No one from my office – including me – has ever spoken with attorney Phillip Boche. Your claims to the contrary and the bizarre manner in which you are addressing this issue – via emails to public figures whom you have never met, to the IRS, FBI etc. – all people with zero jurisdiction or authority over your imagined impropriety on the part of your public defender – are strong indications that you are a very sick woman who needs psychiatric intervention.

Gianelli publicly posted that he was communicating with one of my lawyers.  Since Phil Boche's conduct was so bizarre (and even his office agreed and I have witnesses to what unfolded at the so-called probation hearing) I thought it might be Boche.  But perhaps it is Mike Kelly who communicated - per Gianelli - with Gianelli about what my witnesses did or did not corroborate.  This completely shocked the Public Defendér's office when I brought it to their attention.  I also read Gianelli's public comments to Agent Tejeda/IRS who I called from the so-called probation hearing due to the outrageous conduct on the part of public defender Phil Boche.  Stephen Gianelli has no idea who I have or haven't met.  This stark raving lunatic who has targeted me and my familiy relentlessly since 2009 does NOT know me.  I've brought everything about this situation to the attention of the IRS and FBI.  I have, after all, been documenting everything I've gone through since reporting Cohen's tax fraud - in 2005 - to the IRS and for the IRS, FBI, DOJ, Treasury, and others.  

Your apparent assumption that “Phil Spector’s legal team” (including attorney Dennis Riordan who you don't know either but have emiled thousands of times since 2009 without a response)  would have any interest in speaking to David Moorehead – a court-appointed lawyer who briefly represented you in Boulder, Colorado in 2007 when you were arrested in Juanita’s Restaurant (after making a scene and refusing to leave) – about what your son Rutgar Penick  (allegedly) told him during a 2007 conversation – is equally disconnected from reality.

Stephen Gianelli has no idea who I know or don't know and that includes my friend Phil Spector's appellate attorney.  I think Phil Spector and his legal team will want to speak with David Moorhead who was very clear about his views that Rutger was a material witness for Phil Spector and he felt the DA had the power and motive to have me taken to Killer King and questioned about Phil Spector.  He didn't really think the cops acted on their own.  I agree with his assessment, have spoken to Homeland Security - and others - about this matter.  It's an outrage and no one can ever explain away the fraudulent Killer King file or explain why I was taken to South Central from Brentwood when UCLA was right down the street.  

I saw a man at Juanita's who I thought had his penis out in front of a child.  I went outside to find a police officer and came back to an unconscionable situation.  I won the "obstructing a police officer" arrest issue on trial.  Period.  

Why is Gianelli writing me and copying in Dennis Riordan about Phil Spector and Rutger.  He doesn't know us.  He definitely doesn't know Phil Spector.  But he does, from what I can tell, attempt to infiltrate matters, sabotage them, and engages in witness tampering. So, perhaps that's why he's writing about David Moorhead's views on Rutger as a material witness.  David Moorhead's entitled to his views.

All of the above is readily apparent to every one of your email recipients who are even bothering to read your emails – which are not enhancing your claim that you have no mental health issues. The apparent fact that you cannot see that is further evidence that you need psychiatric help and not the opposite.

I have no mental health issues and do not need psychiatric help but Cohen has a lifelong publicly documented history of legal and illegal drug abuse, psychiatric ailments, and Stephen Gianelli should be formally profiled by the FBI.  He is dangerously unstable.  Who cares if he's in denial.  I still think his conduct has been criminal with respect to me.  David Moorhead did NOT represent me in the Juanita's matter and, as usual, another court permitted a trial to go forward without my witness - the owner of Juanita's.  The manager lied to the Sheriff's Department when he said the owner no longer worked there.  The manager then testified about what he told me - that Boulder PD did not want me in Juanita's and then retracted that testimony.  I have never seen so many liars in my life and seeing a man who may have his penis out in front of a child is a very serious matter, particularly in Boulder with the Jean Benet Ramsey situation and a very serious problem with pedophiles, including in the Boulder Public Library.

to force Boche to advise the judge that I had satisfied all
requirements, etc.  They thought he was attempting to provoke me and
undermine me.  They heard my conversations with his supervisor.  And
they witnessed him.  They know people are lying about me.  When I
returned to the Bay Area - the people who heard the story noted that I
have been relentlessly targeted over Phil Spector and due to the fact
that I reported Cohen's criminal tax fraud to the IRS.  The refund in
no way closes the case.  I met with Agent Sopko/Treasury well after
Cohen received the refund notice in the IRS binder.

I will write you and others privately about my latest LA Confidential
moment.  Then, I will do what the Grand Jury Advier instructed me to
do - write you a letter about Cohen's various gun stories.  After
that, I will do what Wendy/Judge Fidler's clerk advised me to do:
write the DA about Cohen's various gun stories before LA Superior
Court and copy in Judge Larry Fidler.

If Boche is the "public defender" who had a 45-minute conversation
with Gianelli - how serious is that issue?  Jail?  I see.  I also
spoke to his supervisor after the hearing and my witnesses are well
aware of that.  David Moorhead is not a public defender.  He advised
me that he was a DDA on high profile matters and has no problems,
whatsoever, testifying in other high profile matters - such as mine.
I want Phil Spector's legal team to speak to him about his meeting
with me and my older son.  He reviewed my older son's "Declaration"
with him.  He then advised me that my older son is a "material
witness" for Phil Spector.  Do you know how extensively Gianelli
targeted him and my then minor son?  It's all well documented.  Is
Gianelli a "co-conspirator" as he wrote on his blog.  Give that some
thought.  Others now are.
