Hi IRS,

This situation is insane.  I've been targeted due to a tax matter.  I should have known better but I didn't understand the consequences.  I am relieved to put this behind me.  I can't stand the lying.  He's lied to law enforcement; the prosecutors; on the stand; and it's incredible.  I think I've addressed the perjury for you.

Appellant variously claimed she contacted Cohen because she has K-1s that were transmitted to the IRS that do not belong to her, she was not a partner on LC Investments,and that causes tremendous confusion with her taxes.  I feel I'm being harassed by not being given the information I've requested.

I think it's best to work on my book.  I'm speaking to an attorney about my options.  Steven Machat said move on.  He'll testify for me.  And, Cohen has stolen from both of us.  He has committed tax fraud.  And the City Attorney can have him.  They deserve each other.

It's not worth the stress.  Maybe the IRS can get me the information I need.  Please keep in mind that I am facing a potential state wage garnishment and still can't file my tax returns.

This is the other thing the people found a little interesting.  She know what a 1099 is, a K-1 -- a K-1.  Whoever heard of a K-1 before this case?  The FTB and the IRS.  Did anyone know there was a difference between the FTB and the IRS?  Or what the FTB is?  Okay.  (RT 566)  This is woman who know what a K-1 is having a hard time understanding a simple phrase that says so meeting as simple as:  it is ordered that you, the restrained person - shall have no contact of any kind with the protected person.  (RT 566-567)
