Hi IRS Commissioner's Staff,

Well, fortunately Judge Robert Vanderet is not able to sustain are public communications.  Also, the LA phase is over. The City Attorney's Response is filled with lies and many of those relate to the IRS.  I have been legally advised to let the IRS handle this.  Leonard Cohen evidently was concerned that people were reading these emails.  And yet, he took the stand and lied about the IRS and many other issues.  Does that bother you at all?  In reality, people are in disbelief.  But, these are regular, ordinary taxpayers, who think political actors in Los Angeles have decided to protect and cover for Cohen.  That includes some of my lawyers.  I can assure you that I will never copy anyone from the District Attorney's office or City Attorney's office on my emails again.  The situation is entirely transparent now.  I have other things to do; have decided to finish my book; and other private things that I would rather not discuss in the public domain.  Well, Leonard Cohen thinks people close to Cooley were reading these emails.  I wonder if former FBI Agent George Mueller/Investigator in Major Fraud Unit is one of those individuals.  He must not have the instincts that teenagers have. 

So - do you believe all the evidence (that has been concealed from numerous courts that prove Cohen has stolen millions from me, committed tax fraud, conspired with others, etc.)?  Well, that's why I sent them and I do hope you enjoyed going through every single one of my emails - for years - with Leonard Cohen and all his advisers.  I think they're quite enlightening and some really prove Cohen's a bald faced liar.  My all time favorite - when he aggressively advised me that HE decides when these companies are formed, etc.  And yes, I intentionally nailed him with that one.  I hope you were able to discern how utterly aggressive this man really is.  He's a great performer.

Leonard Cohen, Phil Spector, District Attorney Steve Cooley

Now, you know all of these recipients?  No, sir.  And did you think that these other recipients were reading every single email?  Some of them were and some of them weren’t.  Do you think Steve Cooley was reading all of these emails?  I wouldn’t be surprised if he was.  Okay.  But you don’t know?  No, sir.  Do you believe that he was?  I believe that people close to him were.  Do you believe that the IRS was reading every single one of these emails?  Streeter:  Objection; relevance.  Court:  Sustained.  May I be heard your honor?  Court:  No.  (RT 305)

You testified yesterday that you were concerned that people would get these emails and they would read these emails and think information that was true about you.  Do you remember saying that?  That information was ... Well, you said that you were worried that other people would think regarding these emails.  Other people were disturbed by the emails, friends of mine and business associates.  (RT 306)
