Hi,

I've decided to stop the appeal.  The City Attorney continues to lie about me and Agent Tejeda/IRS is a feature.  I'll scan it later.I've asked Franciscco to file a Motion with the Court and advised the CA's office that the appeal is over.  The harassment and lies simply are not worth it.  My  book will address this.  The CA office appears willing to continue lying for a celebrity.  I might have a slight request for a 1099.  Of course, I still don't have the information so it's absurd.

All the best,
Kelley
