Would you mind taking a look at the allegations that the DA, Steve Cooley, might target me further. I take that deadly seriously - particularly with the Cohen testimony about Phil Spector and a gun, etc. These individuals have "revenge fantasies" and that is why when I saw Steven Machat's name highlighted on the D/A copy of the satirical email attached to Horvath LIES (that I want addressed) it looked serious and sinister. In any event, people are concerned for my safety and welfare because they know I have - to quote them - powerful foes such as the Lost Angeles District Attorney. I also testified that Cooley should be investigated. So that's in the public record now. Thank you. All the best, | |

Ex-Leonard Cohen manager Kelley Lynch on trial for telphone and email harassment
Even as Leonard Cohen’s former manager – fired for embezzlement eight years ago – sat in jail awaiting trial on criminal charges that she has been harassing the music hall of famer with thousands of abusive emails as well as threatening and obscene voice messages, she continued to harass other victims, a prosecution sentencing memorandum reveals.
I was not “fired” for embezzlement. Leonard Cohen heard I was going to the IRS, flew in from Montreal hysterically, asked me to meet with him and his tax lawyer (Richard Westin), advised me that they wanted the corporate books and records – and intended to unravel the entities, and when I refused to meet with them, my lawyers sent a letter noting that Westin was the architect of these entities and then Cohen made up the “overpayment” story. While I was busy working on an actual accounting, Cohen and his representatives were moving things like Anjani Thomas’ house from my column.
Submitted to the Los Angeles court weighing Kelley Lynch’s sentence following her conviction for violating a 2005 restraining order are 36 pages of lengthy handwritten letters Lynch mailed from the Lynwood jail facility where she has been housed since her March 1, 2012 arrest in Berkeley, California to high profile New York City trial lawyer Bruce Cutler. (We will be publishing experts from these "jail chronicles" in a later post.)
I was not convicted of violating the fraudulent 2005 restraining order Cohen obtained via default. The Boulder order is invalid and was procured by fraud. I addressed that in my Motion to Vacate. I was not served or notified of the registration of the new California order and Michelle Rice wrote and lied to me that the order was filed on or before February 14, 2011. That lie is in Viramontes/LAPD’s report and we have discussed the lies in that report. Rice also transmitted fraudulent information to the IRS, FBI, DOJ, Treasury, FTB, Dennis Riordan, and Ron Burkle. I did indeed write Bruce Cutler and believe he should have handed the letters over to Phil Spector and his lawyers since Phil Spector, a gun story that is contrary to the Cohen/Spector alleged gun story the prosecution used against Phillip, was being raised as an issue – as were Steve Cooley and Alan Jackson. After my lawyer googled Dennis Riordan and Phil Spector’s addresses while I was in jail, I immediately wrote and notified both of them about what was unfolding. I heard personally from Phil Spector in jail – after advising him of my thoughts on Bruce Cutler.
A casual observer reading the 36 six pages of handwritten letters would assume from the chatty and intimate tone, that Lynch and Cutler have been the best of friends for years.
What a casual observer assumes is irrelevant. I was not on trial for my creative writing or chatty and intimate tone. Nor was I on trial for signing my three letters “All the best, Kelley.”
But Cutler’s April 16, 2012 letter to sentencing judge Robert Vanderet makes explicit that Cutler has never meet or spoken with Lynch, but has been the victim of Lynch’s unrelenting telephonic and electronic harassment for the last five years.
I have never met Bruce Cutler and never once said I did. Bruce Cutler’s letter is hearsay. The restraining order he didn’t request will be addressed on appeal and is part of the record although I do not know why it doesn’t seem to appear in the sentencing transcript and will double check. Cutler made it clear that I contacted him when he represented Phil Spector – therefore, Cutler knows who I am and Dale Kelly (an investigator I met with working on the Phil Spector case) told me he worked with Phil Spector and Bruce Cutler. Bruce Cutler provided no evidence of telephonic or electronic harassment. He provided evidence that should have been handed over to Phil Spector and his present attorneys.
The New York City lawyer who once represented mob boss John Gotti wrote:
“Ms. Lynch has left me countless voicemails almost every single night for the past five years. Part of my daily morning routine was to to through and delete upwards of 30 voicemails that she left the night before.
Is Cutler saying he doesn’t have any evidence supporting his hearsay allegations?
“There was time when Ms. Lynch found the fax number of the law firm from whom I sublet office space and she would fax hundreds of pages every day, making it impossible for the firm to receive legitimate faxes, until the IT people were able to block her number.
Did Bruce Cutler destroy the evidence I faxed him that should have been handed over to Phil Spector – regarding Cohen’s tax fraud, etc? Or did Cutler destroy that also? His hearsay letter doesn’t make that clear.
“My partner, Time Parlatore, spoke with Ms. Lynch several times on the phone in an attempt to convince her to stop. Every time, she would agree to stop this would only provide me with a 48-72 hour reprieve before she would resume her campaign again.
I have never in my life talked to anyone who spoke to me and identified themselves as Tim Parlatore. Perhaps he dialed the wrong number and spoke to someone else.
“The bombardment has continued unabated until recently when Ms. Lynch was remanded. Not following the news, I only learned of this case when I began receiving letters from Ms. Lynch with a return address at the Lynwood Jail”
Too bad he wasn’t following the case. He could have heard Cohen tell a different version of the gun story (and the weapon used) than Spector prosecutors used against Phillip and probably presented to the Grand Jury. Mick Brown has the transcripts and has now clarified that Cohen’s statements – not his testimony (as he emailed me in 2005) – were presented to the Grand Jury.
This relentless harassment of Cutler is all the more remarkable in light of our telephone conversation with the famed barrister in June of 2009 and our subsequent publication on these pages of that Cutler regarded Lynch as a “telephone stalker”. Her response to us: I will believe it when I hear it from Bruce Cutler.
No one prove relentless harassment of Cutler and his letter is hearsay. I intend to address this on appeal. Jihad Gianelli/Blogonaut cannot be confronted about Bruce Cutler’s words – per Crawford vs. Washington. I want to confront, in a court of law, my accuser.
Apparently she did.
I didn’t hear from Cutler. I heard directly from Phil Spector. Cutler’s comment that he and Pat Dixon discussed me in 2008 is now discoverable.
And Kelley Lynch’s harassing correspondence and voice messages to Cutler continued even after her arrest while awaiting trial for – harassing emails and voice messages!
Phil Spector will address whether or not he believes my alleged emails and/or voice messages to Cutler were harassing.

She will never stop. There is not enough power in heaven or hell that will get her to stop this obsession. Unfortunately, when her final day comes, she will probably be found, hands on the keyboard, in the middle of another harassing email to some poor chump who one time might have given her the time of day. I sit here and all I can do is shake my head and wonder about the workings of a brain that processes all that hate, regardless of consequences and threats of future consequences. My understanding of early release is that it depends upon the prisoner's behavior. Am I the only one who thinks her behavior will keep her behind bars indefinitely?
Linda clearly has no idea what she is talking about, if she is indeed a she. This is another one of the cyber-terrorists who have targeted me in a coordinated fashion.

I asked for and received a psychological evaluation and met with the jail psychiatrist. Her position now legally exposes Streeter and Baca, who does not know me – from Adam.
Our theory is that she has replaced her shame and humiliation for her poor life choices - embezzling and its consequences, alcoholism and its consequences, losing her kids, foreclosure, multiple civil judgments, restraining orders, living on the streets - with this persecution delusion of hers.I have no shame or humiliation. Leonard Cohen is a bald-faced liar, thief – having stolen millions from me and others (including Steven Machat), and has used unbelievable tactics in his deranged attempt to silence me and blame his wrongdoing on me. For Kelley, it probably would have been easier if the judge hadn’t prevented Agent Tejeda/IRS from taking the witness stand, refusing to permit my lawyers to argue that the restraining order was invalid, etc. These issues will be addressed on appeal.
It's taken me days to figure out how to respond to the letter Bruce Cutler sent to the judge. As a rule, I don't like to assume anything; however, I'm going to assume it's exceedingly rare for a defense attorney not involved as a participant in a trial to write to a judge about a convicted defendant. Especially a defendant with whom he has absolutely no relationship. As those of us who have been harassed by the Lynchness Monster understand, she will stop at nothing. Nonetheless, I am perplexed--no surprised-- as to why Cutler wrote to the judge. Does Cutler really believe writing to the judge will force her to leave him alone? Obviously, he's too smart to believe she'll take a hint and leave him alone. By any chance, during her sentencing hearing did the judge instruct her to quit harassing Cutler?
It’s taken Green days to figure out how to respond to the letter Cutler sent the judge. It probably is exceedingly rare but it’s now part of the trial record and Cutler’s letter itself is hearsay. Cutler was clear – he heard from me when he represented Phil Spector. His/Phil Spector’s investigator met with me in 2006 (to review the DA’s report of my meeting with his investigator) so Cutler knows who I am. I have no relationship with Cutler. My friendship is with Phil Spector and I heard from him after the trial and sentencing. I have no interest in contacting Cutler again in this lifetime. Phil Spector had a right to know that Cohen and Streeter were emailing about his Phil Spector gun story; he was testifying about Phil Spector and a gun; and Cooley and Jackson were featured at my trial with the DA’s investigator sitting in the courtroom – so Cutler should have handed the letters over to Phil Spector and his present legal team. Cutler did not prove I was harassing him. His letter was hearsay. He lives in NY so the court had no jurisdiction over him.
Mr. Cutler was clear in his letter that the only way to make Kelley Lynch stop is to keep her in jail as long as possible.
Cutler didn’t use these words but that is why I have asked my appellate lawyer to address the sentence – including as it was affected by the lies told by Captain Jack Horvath/DA’s office and the attached satirical email that was concealed (in its entirety) from the court and which has Steven Machat and “fan of Alan Jackson’s” words highlighted.
We have not seen the probation order and its terms, but know that Steve Cooley's protective detail also asked that the no contact order include him.

I have no idea if Horvath is Cooley’s protective detail but I know this – he lied to the court.

Actually, the email stated satirically that I was running for President, on the Wedding party, and noted who my cabinet would be and my platform – cleaning up corrupt politicians in this country. I didn’t advocate Cooley’s murder but I do feel the death penalty is the appropriate penalty for any prosecutor who willfully sets up an innocent individual, that is proven, and they asked that the innocent individual essentially serve a death sentence – life. Phil Spector was sentenced to 19 years in prison and he is in his 70s and in fragile health.

Alan Jackson or the DA’s investigation that was hanging out with Cohen, his lawyers and PI, and LUNCHING with Cohen? The judge refused to grant the DA what he wanted and I have threatened the DA or his employees but this is now discoverable and I will most definitely discuss it with my lawyers.
Having known Kelley and her crazy ways for going on 30 years, I have mixed emotions about her sentence. She did know Oliver, Phil and Stephen in another life (and Jamie Lee Curtis as well), but I think by now even Phil Specter, who can probably count his supporters on two fingers, wants nothing to do with her.
Stephen? Steven Segal? Did I know Jamie Lee Curtis? Phil Spector wrote to me after I was sentenced so this person really has no idea about what is going on in reality.

I don’t drink at 10 a.m. and I don’t call that many people so this person is a liar. No one I know or live with will ever say that I drink at 10 in the morning or that I have alcohol problems because that is a bald-faced lie. The alleged voicemails (that cannot be dated – as per Viramontes/LAPD’s report) were tampered with, from what I can tell. That will be addressed on appeal and The Scientist intends to listen to them to determine how the sound was adjusted – volume, sound, and speed.
We all know Kelley has severe substance abuse problems combined with mental illness (can you say bi-ploar?) Please know that her family and friends tried desperately to get her some help . . . but it was like watching a slow train wreck. There was nothing we could do to intervene. I have no substance abuse problems and have no mental health issues – that would include the fact that I am not bi-polar. My family and friends have not desperately tried to get me help and have not advised anyone that it was like watching a slow train wreck. This individual is not my family member but is a bald-faced liar with some type of motive. I had no descent into madness and the only dangerous people in this story are men like Leonard Cohen who took the stand, perjured himself, lied excessively, and testified that the IRS closed their case over a fraudulent refund he obtained via a default judgment that proved no facts but illegally altered my tax returns, as Doug Davis/FTB and I have discussed.

Like the rest of you, I periodically had to block her emails, and she would quickly get a new screen name and continue with her barrage of anger-filled hate mail. And I believe she counts me as one of her closest friends . . . Good thing we weren't enemies or I might not have made it.

I am going to hope that being away from phones, alcohol, drugs and the internet might allow her some time to reflect on the error of her ways. Still, I am a realist and she is one stubborn nut to crack! Perhaps she will finally get medication for her mental illness and being away from the bottle certainly can't hurt her situation.

There is no history of mental illness in my family and Navy Intelligence can address my brother who is a wonderful and brilliant man who attempted to serve this country’s military. Actually, I talked to the psychiatrist at jail about medications and she doesn’t agree with Streeter and Baca so that’s part of the legal exposure they are facing.
I hope her sons can get on with their lives and find some happiness. They have suffered a lot over the last few years and they deserve some closure and peace.

I most certainly did not “ebezzled” $5 million from Leonard Cohen – nor did I misappropriate anything but Streeter lied to the jurors about this, lied about assets, and lied through her teeth – as did Cohen, Kory, and Rice. I was charged with an “intent to annoy” – not harassing a man who took the stand and admitted committing perjury.

She is the gift that keeps on giving! I'm so glad you got your hands on her jail house diaries. I think we all knew she would keep writing even while awaiting the start of her trial.
Actually, I was grateful that I was able to assist the EBI Bureau and work with men and women like Captain Bornman, Lt. Allende, Lt. Wolak, Director Choate, Deputy Calandrino, Officer Prado, Deputy Verdiano, and many others. I was also happy to develop 45 lesson plans for the EBI Bureau – after undergoing an extensive background check and even meeting with a psychiatrist at my request. I was also thrilled to be counseled by Zen Chaplain Z, a Harvard Business School graduate, brilliant and compassion woman. Former Leonard Cohen manager and serial harasser of many (including this site and its editor) was sentenced today to 18 months in jail for violating restraining orders and sending Cohen and others (we received 10,000 harassing messages) thousands of harassing emails and voicemail messages.
Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Robert C. Vanderet said Kelley Lynch, 55, showed "no remorse" for a "long, unrelenting barrage of harassing behavior."
I don’t show remorse after Leonard Cohen and his representatives (and others) have targeted me relentlessly, destroyed my life, targeted my children, and gone to unbelievable lengths to silence and terrorize me. I also don’t show remorse when I’m telling the truth and Leonard Cohen, Robert Kory, Michelle Rice, Sandra Jo Streeter, and Captain Horvath are lying through their teeth. I did not harass Leonard Cohen and the judge has serious problems, from what I can tell, because people are indeed wondering if he is corrupt.

I wonder what Vanderet’s motive was for refusing to permit Agent Luis Tejeda/IRS to take the witness stand? There was indeed newly discovered evidence – see the IRS Binder which allowed me to discover that Cohen obtained nearly $700,000.00 in refunds based on fraud, lies, perjury, and false accusations. I have advised Agent Luis Tejeda/IRS that I am challenging that refund.
A jury convicted the former Cohen manager on five counts of violating no-contact protective orders and two counts of repeatedly contacting Cohen with the intent to annoy or harass.
The jurors evidently wanted to hear more about the IRS issues and a great deal of evidence was concealed and the Phil Spector gun story, etc. probably confused people. My own lawyers were clear in closing – they had no idea why Steve Cooley and Alan Jackson were such issues in this matter.
Kelley Lynch also was sentenced to five years of summary probation. While in custody, she must undergo anger management training, psychological training and alcohol education sessions.
Psychological training? I don’t have anger management or alcohol problems but have completed the anger management, psychological evaluation, and alcohol education sessions and have evidence of that which will be presented at the progress hearing with a Motion.

Unfortunately, 18 months from now, Kelley Lynch will be on the first computer or telephone she can get her hands on and will resume where she left off. Eighteen months is not long enough to provide the intensive psychotherapy needed to begin to change her behavior, which has become the only way of life she knows. It would not surprise me at all if she attempts to continue her obsession while in jail. Frankly, I expect she will end up serving the whole 5 years based on behaviors she is simply no longer capable of suppressing.
Actually, the minute I was released, I called Agent Luis Tejeda/IRS. I have no interest in Leonard Cohen. The jury and judge have now proven that you can be arrested when someone withholds tax documentation they are required – by the IRS – to provide a U.S. citizen. Continue my obsession while in jail? Everyone at the jail, for the most part, figured out what was going on in reality. Don’t hold your breath. Watch for my appeal and future litigation.

Another interpretation of a bizarre order that three lawyers and the jail have all interpreted differently – obviously making it constitutionally vague. I am a paralegal, legal assistant, and was a personal manager in the music industry, as well as an individual who owned a greeting card company and management company. Leonard Cohen doesn’t tell me where to deposit my personal management commissions – or anything else for that matter. I wasn’t his “paramour,” we weren’t in a “dating relationship,” and this man is not my husband. I have no mental health issues – and signed my letters to Cutler (that he should have handed over to Phil Spector and his legal team) “All the best, Kelley” – although Jihad Gianelli is lying on his Blog that I signed them “Love, Kelley.”

How come they can manage to keep Conrad Murray in the LA County Jail for 4 years but the Lynchness Monster will serve only 11 weeks? IMHO, she's more of a danger to society than Conrad Murray--and I have no intention to respond to those who believe Murray killed the worlds greatest performer, he didn't; so save that crap for your mother, she, undoubtedly will think it's cute. For the love of god, everybody else has his sentence commuted in a matter of hours--even the Lynchness Monster--but Murray's ineligible for early release? Come on. I suppose that’s because Conrad Murray was charged with murdering Michael Jackson while I was charged with misdemeanor “intent to annoy” and a restraining order violation on an order I was not served or notified of. Detective Viramontes/LAPD and I have discussed this and I am awaiting his updated report that he was faxing to Agent Tejeda/IRS (who he has also called) and emailing to Agent Sopko/Treasury. Someone evidently told Viramontes/LAPD that I was simply emailing some address for the IRS that I found online when, in fact, I was instructed to use that email address in a confirmation email I received from the IRS after reporting Cohen’s tax fraud via their website. “For the love og God” always reminds me of Alan Jackson and that’s precisely who Kelly Green reminds me of and she was on the Darwin Exception in 2007 about Phil Spector. If indeed Green is a she and not a he. I never threatened to murder several prosecutors and that is a blatant and bald-faced lie. My satirical email was attached to Captain Jack Horvath’s LIES to the court about me. Do they? Then why was Agent Tejeda/IRS talking to my lawyers, meeting with IRS lawyers, and determining what he could take the stand about, and then offered to attend a future trial/hearing and possibly assist with sentencing. I still am waiting to hear his exact remarks.
We have spoken to two FBI agents and a special agent for the Treasury Department who was on Kelley Lynch's spam list and their advice was ignore her and perhaps someday she will go away – but probably not for a very long time.
I contacted Agent Wynar/FBI Oakland who is a Special Agent. I have no idea who the other agent is but they should understand this – Jihad Gianelli is a liar, with motive, who has viciously targeted me and my family, and should be prosecuted for criminal witness tampering, criminal witness intimidation, criminal harassment, criminal stalking, etc. As for the special agent for the Treasury, I believe this is Agent Sopko/Treassury who was referred to by the cyber-terrorists as my “federal pet.” Did these individuals advise Jihad Gianelli that they were on my spam list? First of all, the FBI Washington is on my emails – not Agent Wynar/FBI Oakland and I have heard from them numerous times so they know how to contact me and they also appear to know how to write – they never mentioned spam. Who knows what Agent Sopko was talking to this nut about. Perhaps she realized that Jihad Gianelli attempts to infiltrate matters and, being aligned with Cohen, probably attempted to determine what the IRS was doing. If I recall correctly, Jihad Gianelli contacted the Oakland FBI and advised them that I was spamming Agent Sopko/Treasury. A DA “observer” was witnessed hanging out with Cohen, his lawyers and PI, and lunching with Cohen. He sat in the courtroom when Cohen testified about Phil Spector and the gun story which contradicts the version of events the prosecutors used re. Cohen’s alleged Phil Spector gun story so the DA’s office is indeed another story.

Why? Because I called a sycophant a “slug?” When I wrote the letter to Cutler, I hadn’t seen Streeter yet so she might have a difficult time proving her theory, if it is indeed hers. He testified that he flew into Boulder to obtain a restraining order because he THOUGHT I would attend his concert 10 months later – which I did NOT and he is delusional and hallucinating if he thinks otherwise. Cohen should have been forced to submit to a psychiatric exam (taking into consideration his long history of drug and alcohol abuse, embellished stories, theft, etc.) The prosecutor appeared to be a sycophant who knew that the LA Times was present. I have now filed a Complaint with her Supervisor at the City Attorney’s office who will receive a subpoena in the future.

I am not obscene but can give many examples where Cohen is. That includes writing a book that is referred to as the most obscene book ever published in Canada, Beautiful Losers. I will need to speak to my lawyers about the accusations DA staff made with respect to me. As of this moment in time, Horvath’s letter is hearsay and he also needs to be confronted. Everything has been completed and I doubt I will be 5150’d at some point since I have no mental health issues and live with excellent witnesses, have excellent friends, and strong relationships with my family. I believe it's a mistake for the feds to pretend she doesn't exist. But what the hell, they have law degrees, badges, and guns--and I don't. Perhaps threatening the life of the DA will earn her a lengthy sentence. And since the conclusion of her trial, I'm sure she's flooding the office of the City attorney with complaints about the attorney who prosecuted--or as she sees it "persecuted"--her. To hell with the consequences, and eventhough she's incarcerated, she'll continue to harass Cohen, Cutler, Cooley et al. While I am unsure that Lynch can/will physically threaten or bring actual harm to or cause the death of the DA, I have no doubt that once on the outside, she'll hook up with another fringe element of society who, at her behest, will not think twice about harming the DA. Therefore, I do hope the DA prosecutes her for the threats she's already made.

We always regarded Kelley Lynch's claim that the Boulder, Colorado restraining order was "fraudulently issued" as further proof that she will never obey a court order. Why, she appeared at the Colorado hearing AND ASKED THE JUDGE TO ISSUE THE RESTRAINING ORDER, THEN THANKED HER FOR DOING SO!!!
The Boulder order was obtained via fraud – see Cohen’s declaration and my Motion to Vacate the order after reading through Cohen’s fraud, lies, and perjury. There was no evidentiary hearing and I didn’t waive one. The judge did note that she was granting me the order and Cohen provided no evidence so I tend to doubt the order’s valid. That’s why my lawyers felt it was invalid but the judge concealed this from the jurors when he refused to permit my lawyers to argue this.

I have never touched anyone in my life and have not seen Cohen in 7 years. Nor have I ever gone near Steve Cooley or his gangsters (my opinion) although Investigator Brian Bennett rolled by my house in 2005 about Steve Cooley so Captain Jack Horvath/Protection Detail lied to the court in his letter. I live in a perfectly lovely home with wonderful roommates.

I had the psych evaluation. I requested it myself and this will be addressed with the judge. Alan Jackson? Alan Jackson should have been confronted, since he was repeatedly raised at my trial, and that will be addressed in the appeal.

Hi Folks! As usual, I'm a little late to the party, but I was curious about KL's release date. My guess at this point would be that there is no way in hell KL will pass any kind of psych eval anytime soon. Unless, of course, she's had a sufficient number of them to learn the lingo and memorize the "correct" answers, even a graduate student would be able to see what is so obvious to so many others. The thing is, it's not illegal to be insane, only to be a danger to others. If, indeed, she is as smart as some claim, she will be able to figure this out as long as she's sober. She may just get away with a halfway house placement. Of course, we all know she'll just walk away the first chance she gets and off she'll go again. I guess we'll just have to wait and see what the next chapter is. Somehow, I don't think Kelley will ever slip quietly into the night and disappear...
It was very nice of the judge to expose me to dangerously unstable individuals with probable motive who are now slandering me based on his sentence and probation rerquirements which will be addressed on appeal. No, I refuse to be silenced. I have no doubt that parties with motive hope I “disappear.” I hope they end up in prison.

Sadly, she is in deep denial about the terms of her probation - including a mental health evaluation - and we predict she will be soon returned to jail to serve the full three years. If her emails are any indication, nothing has changed. He thought processes are as divorced from reality as ever.

After years of being harassed by former Leonard Cohen manager Kelley Lynch (above) - including receiving 10,000 emails from her (most copied to an alphabet soup of federal law enforcement agencies accusing us of most crimes known to mankind), after obtaining copies of open warrants for her arrest that went unserved, and after our pleas to Lynch's sister and other family members to encourage Lynch to enter some form of treatment program for afflictions ranging from bipolar disorder to alcoholism went unheeded, fast forward to now.
Yes, the judge at the arraignment did raise the issue that the alleged emails relate to allegations of criminal tax fraud and noted that law enforcement was copied in. That would include the FBI. Jihad Gianelli’s partial motive is clear here – I have accused him of serious criminal activity with respect to me and those close to me and have asked the IRS and FBI to investigate him. Actually, the warrants weren’t mine. They were unverifiable. The ones I could look into seemed to relate to another Kelly Lynch who exists and a judge dismissed one. So, these are unverifiable warrants that the court, LASD, etc. could not attribute to me. But, Jihad Gianelli has contacted various law enforcement agencies over them. Berkeley PD only saw one warrant for $300 and thought it was irrelevant. That must be the one that was dismissed since the others were unverifiable. My sister responded to this dangerously unstable lunatic’s contacts – with an attorney who advised him to CEASE AND DESIST. He then attempted to blackmail her and falsely accused her of starting her business with Cohen’s cash. That is a bald-faced lie and perhaps Cohen would like to hand over the next fraudulent forensic analysis. I don’t have bipolar disorder or alcoholism and Jihad Gianelli doesn’t know me. I haven’t seen Cohen in 7 years and he tampered with the voicemails that cannot be dated. He testified that he used a sound engineer.

The charges re. Kory and Rice were dropped. That’s of serious interest to me since they were used in the bail hearing with a story that my lawyers told me makes them look insane – and which was an absolute lie. Kory and Rice weren’t on the fraudulent Boulder order – the physical law office was.

Unfortunately, Barry Bonds was not in Judge Robert Vanderet’s courtroom when he sustained the objection to the question about Cohen and perjury. Cohen already admitted, on the stand, that he lied so that is perjury.

Perhaps that is because LASD wakes you up at 3 AM for trials, doesn’t usually permit one to take a shower, doesn’t give you your medications at court (although my lawyers said they would file an order requesting that), etc. My age and looks are not on trial. Cohen looked like hell and his lies were astonishing.

I have not slandered Jihad Gianelli/Blogonaut but he is confirming that he has persuaded Google to shut down at least one blog of mine and Michelle Blaine did publicly thank him for targeting my blogs and emails. I do not pose a threat to myself or others but I do think the FBI should arrest and prosecute Gianelli – and want to know if he lied to Agent Wynar and the other agent he spoke to at the FBI.
And we feel.....nothing, except a vague sense of sadness. Clearly, even with the best psychiatric intervention, it is far too late to salvage this poor lost soul.

Well, I guess there’s the answer – the DA came after me because Alan Jackson is running for office this year and Leonard Cohen can garner headlines. Unfortunately, he lied through his teeth, perjured himself extensively, admitted to committing perjury, told a different version of the gun and weapon story they’ve used against Phil Spector, and the jurors were admonished – in an instruction – to disregard the testimony of LIARS.

Actually, the LA City Attorney is prosecuting this case, not the District Attorney.
The DA is involved and a complaint has been filed with the City Attorney’s office against prosecutor Sandra Jo Streeter.

I was shocked, sad and relieved when I read that Kelley Lynch has finally been arrested and put on trial. Shocked that somebody finally found her and turned her in, and that Leonard Cohen cared enough about this matter to through another trial, sad for a life so totally wasted and relieved that Kelley hopefully now will be forced into some kind of treatment.

We just heard that closing arguments in the case were this morning, and that a vedict may issue any time.
Yes, the judge refused to wait two hours for Agent Tejeda/IRS and sent the case to the jurors.

UDATE: Kelley Lynch was arested in Berkeley, CA, in early March of 2012 on outstanding failures to appear on old warrants out of that court system and well as on a warrant issued on the current charges. Lynch has been in jail, ever since after she failed to make the standard bail of $25,000 in civil harassment cases out of LA.
Actually, I wasn’t arrested on outstanding failures to appear on old warrants. I was arrested for the warrant Viramontes/LAPD issued and Cohen expressly noted this and thanked him for such a skillful execution of a warrant in his Victim Impact Statements which was merely pandering to the judge and lying about me and the IRS. Charles Sevilla has raised very good issues (on appeal) re. prosecutorial misconduct or error and he’s even addressed Victim Impact Statements. So I won’t be listening to the rotten liar, Gianelli, with respect to his deranged legal advice. The bail was reduced further but the charges against Kory and Rice were added and then dropped – and this was based on lies to the court. Berkeley PD wasn’t clear when they arrested me on what the actual issue was – they placed a call, after we attempted to figure it out, and told me it had to do with the Boulder order.
Apparently, neither her son Rutgar Penick, nor either of her two ex-husbands, nor Lynch's alleged "friends" Steven Segal, Phil Spector, Oliver Stone, and many others she claims to be "close" to decided to part with the $2,500 bond premium required to spring the ex-Cohen manager from the Ingelwood Detention facility.

Well, thank God she has finally had her hate campaign stopped. A giant and heartfelt THANK YOU to the court system for finding her, arresting her, holding her and finally now convicting her. After a month of bad news, bad experiences, sudden heartbreak and soul-shattering family disaster this news renewed my faith in God and in the overall goodness of the human race. Thank you, Stephen, for keeping us informed of this. I smiled for the first time in a long time today that Leonard Cohen's nightmare might finally be over. We fought the good fight friends, and we have won.
God? I didn’t realize God rewarded liars and thieves. I thought his commandments included THOU SHALT NOT LIE and THOU SHALT NOT STEAL. The same is true for the Lord Buddha’s teachings. I won’t be thanking Viramontes/LAPD but since the judge refused to wait (until Tuesday) to permit me to confront my accuser (per Crawford v. Washington) this will be an issue on appeal. What a pathetic shell of a human being she has become.
All because she would not accept, then or now, that she bears any responsibility for her reversal of fortune in 2004 and that she needed, and needs, a 12 step program, intensive inpatient psychiatric tharipy, and psychoactive medication.
Cohen heard I was reporting his tax fraud to the IRS, retaliated with a fraudulent lawsuit I wasn’t served and a default I wasn’t notified of – Streeter showed me a copy (it was sent to my former house in Brentwood when I was homeless and Cohen’s declaration in Boulder correctly notes that he was watching my movements in Santa Monica – he also evidently had his lawyers contact S&MPD which might explain some of their criminal harassment). I don’t need a 12 step program, intensive psychiatric therapy, or medication. I wonder why Jihad Gianelli is lying and prescribing medications for me when the psychiatrist who evaluated me at the jail (my request, prior to my release) said I absolutely did not need medication, etc.
Our guess is, though, that at this point there is not much about Kelley Lynch that can be fixed.

At last, Lady Justice has spoken. It's hard to believe the bat-shit crazy Lynchness Monster will serve, at most, 5 years. FIVE YEARS!!! Let’s see – a new allegation, drugs. Everyone who knows me – including Cohen – knows that I do not do drugs. I don’t have psychiatric or alcohol problems and have no idea who Green is – but believe it is Alan Jackson or someone affiliated with him. Really? I didn’t head to a liquor store. Green, for some reason, wants to drag Bill Clinton into this and Streeter used Clinton when she lied to the jurors about me. I don’t know Bill Clinton. I do, however, know Ron Burkle. As for Cutler, he’s Phil Spector’s problem. Having said that, I believe I have a right to confront my accusers – even if their accusations were entered onto record via hearsay with no evidence whatsoever. The three letters, signed “All the best, Kelley” should have been turned over to Phil Spector or his legal team. Particularly as Cohen/Streeter were emailing about Phil Spector and an alleged gun story that doesn’t synch up with the gun story the prosecutors used against Phil Spector. I would assume President Clinton – who doesn’t know me – will be thrilled to hear that I won’t be harassing him since I’ve never harassed him. Ron Burkle has never advised me that he’s been harassed but he did receive Michelle Rice’s letter of February 14, 2011 LYING to me about a California order being registered. Steven Segal? He did contact his lawyer on my behalf at one point.

Walsh must write Linda publicly about her woes. Yes, Kelly Green and Walsh could have schmoozed with the big, bad DA investigator hanging out with Cohen, his lawyers and PI, and LUNCHING with Cohen – also, sitting in the courtroom when Cohen testified about the gun. I wonder if the man realized that Cohen’s testimony about the gun placement and weapon itself didn’t coincide with the version of events the prosecutors used against Phil Spector. Clearly, Phil Spector and his legal team would want to know that as it was unfolding. It might mean they can successfully challenge the Grand Jury indictment and charges, as an attorney advised me.

Cohen did attempt to have the judge – well, using Streeter as his mouthpiece – attempt to prevent me from posting online or communicating with journalists. Fortunately, the judge noted that I have First Amendment rights.

In Scandinavia, where I live, we are presently having the largest and most bizarre trial in modern times, that of Anders Behring Breivik, who killed 71 innocent people in Norway last summer. I am of course not comparing the crimes of Breivik with the crimes of Kelley Lynch, but I do see some similarity in their personallity, they both feel that they are completely innocent and justified in what they did, and they both seem to enjoy the publicity and attention they are getting.
Of course Walsh is comparing Brejvik’s crimes with mine although I have no history of mental illness, have no history of violence, and have merely been victimized for reporting Leonard Cohen’s criminal tax fraud to the IRS and being dragged into the Phil Spector murder trial that I view as a set up. I have been clear with the FBI about this. Cooley must know who the FBI is – I believe his biography states that his father was an FBI agent. Right – some right wing Nazi white supremist and I share personalities. How pathetic. Walsh does remind me of some of Cohen’s extreme cult victims.

Yes, a book publisher, from Europe, contacted me and understood that Cohen’s huge in Holland also and questioned his Buddhist ethics and believes he’s a fraud. I think that sums up our conversations and emails. He knows why artists use Holland for their off-shore accounts. We discussed Cohen’s and his abandoned green card, numerous social security numbers, etc.

I have never threatened public prosecutors but I will bring this threat and accusation to the attention of my lawyers, Dennis Riordan, and the IRS, FBI, DOJ, Treasury, and FTB. I guess my lawyer was correct – they really don’t want the Spector verdict overturned.
The IRS has finally caught up to Lynch for her own tax issues as well. She emailed the world before her arrest to complain about her wages being garnished.

Actually this had nothing to do with the IRS. The State automatically calculated income based on prior returns. I have spoken with Doug Davis/FTB and he removed the wage garnishment but it is an issue and something that needs to be addressed. Unfortunately, even while there are IRS filing and reporting requirements (including those related to 1099s) the court has concluded that I cannot request information I need to file and amend my federal and state tax returns. I’m not sure where the court obtained that jurisidiction. The chicken that may come home to roost should be an IRS prosecution of Leonard Cohen and others.

My brother is not schizophrenic and my ex-husband hasn’t seen him in over 30 years. Furthermore, my ex-husband – in writing – denied Jihad Gianelli’s accusations about him. My father never disowned my brother. Is this in a Last Will & Testament or is there evidence of this? My brother’s not on the streets. What’s the issue about my sister – another individual Jihad Gianelli/Blogonaut is fixated on and lied about publicly when he stated that she began her business with Cohen’s cash and then attempted to blackmail her. I can probably find the original email I sent to Kelley Lynch, totally ignorant of what was to happen ( ! ) as a result of that contact, merely asking about her connection to Phil Spector and I must say that it was Kelley Lynch who told me to send Mr S a letter while he was first put in the county jail, that he would appreciate it and would probably reply, which I did and was pleasantly suprised to receieve a reply.
Well, Mr. Spector’s intelligent. Another friend of mine wrote to advise him that she knows he’s innocent and loves me.
She also asked me about gold coins as an investment that she had a few bucks stashed she would like to talk with me about which I really tried to shy away from.
I have never spoken with this man and have no bucks stashed anywhere. I also would speak to a family member who is an expert in coins – not some liar who targeted me via email.
However it was also in that same time frame that I found a large size brown manilla folder in my postal mail box, no stamp on it, no indication of any kind that it had been mailed to me, with a THREAT, a threat to harrass me, to hunt me down and "expose" me to the unwashed masses ( my terminology for the masses )
Submit the letter for forensic testing and fingerprint analysis with the FBI. I don’t know where this loser lives but I know he’s dangerously unstable and a bald faced liar with motive. How do you mail a package without a stamp? Maybe the lunatic has lied about other people.

The USPS Postal Inspector in San Francisco advised me that they have opened a criminal investigation into Stephen Gianelli who mailed fraudulent allegations about me to a man in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida where the police took a criminal complaint about Gianelli and his criminal harassment of me. The USPS Postal Inspectors weren’t useless when I sent them evidence re. Gianelli. They opened a criminal investigation and notified me of this in writing. The man wrote and said he had a public blog and then told me it was secret. I thought he was psychotic. Oh – I don’t harass him. I see. What a bunch of dangerously unstable liars with motive.

Interesting admission by Lynch that she has some money socked away...BTW, kellygreen, don't give her any ideas...Wisconsin might be her next venue...maybe she has a Bhuda-buddy or two there that she has not shafted yet. But then, it would probably be a violation of the terms of her probation to leave Los Angeles once released from jail.
There was no admission to anyone that I have money socked away and that couldn’t be proven if hell froze over since it’s a bald faced LIE. Wisconsin definitely won’t be my next venue. Right. He’s absolutely obsessed with me. No, I didn’t go to an internet café. Agent Tejeda/IRS knows where I went. So does the individual who picked me up and stayed with me for days. There appears to be a legal conspiracy between Cohen, the City Attorney, and the District Attorney. See Cohen’s testimony and then see Cooley, Jackson, and the DA’s investigator who was lunching with Cohen and hanging out with him, his lawyers, and his PI – who violated the restraining order by attending my progress hearing. I pointed him out to the deputy.
