To the IRS and FBI,
How many people's lives have to be destroyed over Cohen's criminal tax fraud? How many people have to be slandered because Leonard Cohen committed criminal tax fraud and I was dragged into Phil Spector's murder trial. Stephen "Jihad" Gianelli is amused that I asked the IRS for the reporting requirements with respect to 1099s, etc. There are indeed reporting requirements and Kory and Rice have lied (in a letter to the IRS and on the stand) that tax documents violate restraining orders. It is preposterous. I would like an answer to my questions BEFORE my appeal. I did NOT loot Cohen's retirement account. He has taken millions in loans from TH. He has millions in transaction fees that are his personal fees. These loans must be repaid at 6% interest. Leonard Cohen admitted he bought a house for his girlfriend and son. He paid his personal taxes with these funds. And, he appears to have successfully pierced the corporate veil to prove that he is the legal "alter ego" of these aptly named corporate fictions. Jihad Gianelli appears to remain obsessed with my Blog. The article directly below the one slandering me relates to Phil Spector. This man is obsessed with me, Phil Spector, and Leonard Cohen. He is aligned with Leonard Cohen and may have found a "sympathetic ear" with Spector prosecutor, Alan Jackson, about me. I have once again brought this man's obsession to the lawyer handling my "progress hearings." The obsession with me is frightening and I have NO mental health problems. I have no alcohol problems. The Scientist will indeed receive the voicemail sound files so that he may advise me as to how this evidence was tampered with when Cohen hired a sound engineer. It has to do with volume and speed. There were NO "profane death threats." There were no "death threats" at all. Cohen is a bald-faced liar and so is prosecutor Sandra Jo Streeter. I haven't heard back from her supervisor at the City Attorney's office yet but he is aware that she has lied to the jurors, concealed evidence, attempted to speak on behalf of the IRS, etc. He is also clear that Cohen has now changed the gun story about Phil Spector that the prosecutors used against Mr. Spector in their motions (and probably the statements Mick Brown reviewed that were presented to the jury). Gianelli has mentioned my tax returns. I am becoming extremely annoyed by all of this and am asking the IRS to provide me with information regarding reporting requirements before my appeal. Cohen isn't interested in privacy re. the IRS allegations so why should I or the IRS be interested in privacy? He feels comfortable perjuring himself in court and has testified that the refund closed the IRS case. No it did not and Agent Luis Tejeda/IRS should have been permitted to testify. I suppose Vanderet was impressed to have another fraud Hollywood celebrity in his courtroom. What other means, per Vanderet, should I have used to obtain the tax documentation, forensic accounting, financial details I need? I'm not busy researching my appeal and I'm not busy researching it by emailing the IRS. Jihad Gianelli is now noting that I am in touch with the IRS and FBI. What's his point? For those of you who have never heard of the walking head case and serial harasser known as Kelley Lynch – who also happens to be the former business manager PERSONAL MANAGER (Cohen perjured himself here) of Leonard Cohen who looted his retirement account to the tune of $5M, then embarked on a seven year unrelenting campaign of harassment against not only the singer-songwriter, but any and all persons who dared to disagree with her crackpot views – see some of our prior coverage here.
NOTE: Jihad Gianelli has aligned himself with Leonard Cohen and may have found a sympathetic ear with Spector prosecutor Alan Jackson about me. Investigator William Frayeh noted that he is a “shady character” and that’s precisely what I feel about the man. I also believe he has motive and his comments about the IRS and FBI are absurd. I have misappropriated nothing from Leonard Cohen and the mere mention of a retirement account is laughable. What retirement account? Agent Luis Tejeda/IRS should testify about this retirement account that Cohen believes he was the “beneficial owner” of and appears to be dead set on proving that he is the corporate fiction’s “alter ego.” Leonard Cohen owes loans of millions to Traditional Holdings, LLC – with 6% interest. He is aware of this. His lawyer wrote mine and asked if the loans would be forgiven so the logic is now utterly bizarre and surreal. There has been no campaign of harassment other than the one I am the victim of – which includes being relentlessly targeted (since 2009) by Jihad Gianelli and his cyber-terrorist pals. I intend to phone Agent Wynar/FBI to discuss the latest activity re. Jihad Gianelli with him. Jihad Gianelli is obviously a dangerously unstable individual.
As we reported, Kelley Lynch finally pushed her luck too far, and earlier this year was arrested in Berkeley, California on criminal charges stemming from her unremitting campaign of telephone and email harassment of the critically acclaimed entertainer and her unfortunate practice of leaving drunken – and threatening – voice messages, all in violation of a Boulder, Colorado restraining order later registered by Cohen’s Los Angeles attorneys in California.
I have not left drunken messages for Cohen but Cohen has tampered with the alleged voicemails that cannot be date or time stamped – per Detective Viramontes/LAPD. Leonard Cohen, a proven liar and thief (who admitted to committing perjury on the stand), is not in a position to testify about this matter. He has motive. I reported his criminal tax fraud to the IRS in 2005, he has stolen millions from me, and he has now testified to a version of the Phil Spector gun story that doesn’t synch up with the version Spector prosecutors used in their motions and probably in the Grand Jury Statements Mick Brown brought to my attention during my trial. Brown had earlier emailed me that Cohen testified in the Grand Jury. He then evidently realized that Cohen’s statements were presented to the Grand Jury. Does this annoy Leonard Cohen? I’ll bet it annoys the living hell out of Phil Spector. The Boulder restraining order is invalid and was procured by fraud. See my Motion to Vacate that addresses the lies, perjury, and fraud in Cohen’s declaration. Cohen testified that he obtained the fraudulent restraining order because he had a concert in Denver. He didn’t testify that this was nearly 10 months later. Perhaps the Denver FBI, who I spoke with relentlessly while visiting Boulder, would like to attend this lying fraud and thief’s concernt but not I. His fantasies about me are astounding. We were NOT in a “dating relationship” and there are witnesses who know that for a fact. Cohen has not proven the “sexual relationship” and no juror should take his word for anything. There were juror instructions about an individual who has proven that he/she lies on the stand. See Leonard Cohen.
Lynch’s trial defense, that she is really the victim of Cohen’s fraud and that the sole reason she was leaving profane death threats on Cohen’s home answering machine was in aid of obtaining a “forensic accounting” that would allow the embezzling former manager to file her decade overdue federal tax returns was (surprise!!!) unsuccessful, and she was sentenced on multiple criminal counts related to charged harassment and restraining order violations for which she was convicted on April 17, 2012. This most certainly NOT my so-called defense. Leonard Cohen is a fraud, thief, and perjurer and he is no one’s victim. There were no death threats. Mikal Gilmore/Rolling Stone should have received a subpoena to testify about the fact that he and Cohen spoke at length about his brother’s death – by firing squad. After that, Cohen began telling me that this is how he would like to die. The man loves to dazzle people with his thoughts on rebellions, diplomats and spies, being on the last plane out of Cuba while the Bay of Pigs unfolded, flying to Israel to join the military – although you need training and this is a bald-faced lie. Leonard Cohen cannot stop lying. The charge was actually “intent to annoy” and proving that does not include asking a liar to take the stand to testify that they were “annoyed.” I have no mental health problems but Leonard Cohen has a lifelong history of drug abuse (Captain Mandrax – this is fine as long as an adoring fan journalist is writing about the illicit drugs he gobbled or the psychiatric meds he plunged on), alcohol abuse, and psychiatric ailments. He should have been forced to undergo a psychiatric evaluation by an expert after testifying that he thinks of me when he hears a “car” but later admitting that he hasn’t seen me in 7 years. He must think of me in his nasty “Secret Life” where he entertains women who write biographies about him detailing his tax issues and “lost pussy.” Then it’s not obscene. “Give me crack and anal sex,” however, is obscene.
We have now learned that Lynch has appealed her criminal conviction –which probably explains why she is on the streets long before serving the full year and a half.
Jihad Gianelli can’t get the facts straight either. I haven’t filed my appeal. My attorney has filed an extension and we were automatically granted 30 days.
This slanderous article has been redacted. I have addressed the issues raised herein with the IRS, FBI, and others. I am most certainly not on the streets and will not be serving the full year and a half. Jihad Gianelli is a bald-faced liar aligned with Leonard Cohen, his sleazy representatives who also lie as easily as they breath, and probably did find a sympathetic ear about me with prosecutor Alan Jackson. See the DA’s lying investigator who was hanging out in the courtroom with Cohen and evidently lunching with him. He lied to the court in his letter that was used against me in sentencing. I intend to call Agent Tejeda/IRS and Agent Wynar/FBI tomorrow. If Agent Wynar/FBI doesn’t see through Jihad Gianelli’s lies and motives, he should do the taxpayers a favor and resign.
