To the Dallas FBI,

I am reviewing testimony Leonard Cohen gave at my outrageous trial in
Los Angeles.  Leonard Cohen testified that my remarks re. the Aryan
Nation had an implied menace that involved him.  I have been very
clear about this situation and did indeed contact the Denver FBI for
valid reasons.  I also wrote the DOJ copying in my acquaintance,
NAME INTENTIONALLY REDACTED.

Let me review what I heard while homeless in Santa Monica.  I heard
that Michael was a meth cook and served time in prison for this.  He
was attempting to turn his life around and I thought he was doing a
good job.  I heard that his stepmother runs meth labs and is connected
to the Aryan Nation and Cartel.  In fact, Michael had to call in a
parole violation when the Cartel (thirty men) surrounded him in
Dallas.  I heard an outrageous story about something happening to a
man (that involved an electrocution that the FBI stumbled into) in
Texas.  I heard that his sister sells meth and is a meth cook.  His
father is involved in meth production and distribution.
Unfortunately, Michael's mother died when he was young so I felt quite
protective of him.

When I moved to Boulder, I kept in touch with Michael because I wanted
him to stay on the straight and narrow.  I also asked my friend, NAME INTENTIONALLY
REDACTED, to hire him in New Jersey to work at one of his
businesses.  REDACTED and I addressed the fact that he smokes
marijuana and therefore REDACTED would not be able to hire him.  While
in Boulder, Michael advised me that the FBI was investigating his
uncle.  He told me the FBI in Dallas was holding his brother's ID and
that related to a check cashing scam.  Michael was not involved in any
of this but was attempting to take care of his younger brother - who
was quite young, from my perspective, and should not be placed in a
dangerous situation.  Their uncle, according to Michael, would murder
them.  I was also told that the FBI was investigating a murder that
relates to his uncle.  I asked if the FBI was also investigating meth
labs relating to his family and he said yes.

Let me be clear with the Dallas FBI:  I in no way, shape, or form want
to be involved in this matter.  However, when I see young men (they
are young from my perspective) in harm's way and attempting to turn
their lives around - I will intervene.  This has now become public
knowledge because Leonard Cohen and the lying prosecutor (Sandra Jo
Streeter) felt it would make me look dangerous to mention the Aryan
Nation.  This has now been repeated in news papers.  I read that the
Dallas FBI was concerned that the Aryan Nation would target them and
their family members.  This could expose me to a dangerous situation
with Michael REDACTED'S uncle but I do not care.  I am sick and tired of
liars, bullies, threats, violence, etc.  Jihad Gianelli - who targeted
my family relentlessly - attempted to sabotage this matter previously.
 He accused me of slandering a man who I was told murdered someone, is
involved with meth production and distribution, meth labs, and is a
member of a violent element of the Aryan Nation in or around Dallas,
Texas.  I also happened to find it unconscionable that this family
would attempt to lure Michael back into cooking meth.  He absolutely
knows how to cook meth.  While in Santa Monica, I asked him to review
the recipe for me.  He is a brilliant scientist, understands that meth
is one molecule away from salt (which I thought could lead to some
type of scientific study into addiction), and I attempted to help him
enroll at Santa Monica College in biology.  Fortunately, he moved to
Seattle and his life appeared to turn around.  We have since lost
touch and he did write me privately asking me not to copy him in on
emails to the DOJ about this situation.  Why?  Because it's dangerous
and he and his brother (who I spoke with numerous times and confirmed
everything that was going on - including with the FBI) thought they
would be murdered by their uncle.  This man's entire family is
involved in meth production and distribution and they are related to
the Cartel and Aryan Nation.  His stepmother appears to be the
kingpin.  I do not want to say anything about his sister but she is a
meth cook.  That's simply a fact.

As for Leonard Cohen and a firing squad (see excerpt of article below
re. the Aryan Nation) - that's how Cohen said he wanted to die after
being interviewed by Mikal Gilmore/Rolling Stone.  I have met Mr.
Gilmore.  His brother was executed in the United States by firing
squad and Mr. Gilmore wrote an extraordinary book about this subject
and I found Cohen's remarks reprehensible and despicable.  Mikal
Gilmore was also a victim and was - according to Cohen - having a
breakdown over the fact that his brother was executed by our
government.  One might understand why.  Leonard Cohen has a long his
of drug abuse and it has been well documented in interviews, articles,
etc.  This man is a bald faced liar, thief, fraud, and we should
indeed donate him back to Canada in exchange for a U.S. tax credit.

Voice-mails and emails that prosecutors say are from Lynch, 55, have
been played in court for the last two days. Cohen testified that they
mentioned the Aryan Nations and accused Cohen of using drugs.
"Leonard Norman Cohen should be taken before a firing squad and shot,"
she was quoted as saying in one email, read out by the singer himself
at the request of the judge.
