To the IRS Commissioner's Staff and FBI,

My musings and observations are interspersed with the text and are
self-evident.  I would like you to take a look at this statement from
Cohen's Victim Impact insanity because it relates to the IRS.  How
does the alleged ordeal Cohen feels he has gone through (which is
truly indicative of a viciously self-obsessed man who has no empathy
or ethics whatsoever) show that my conduct was designed TO AVOID OR
POSTPONE THE INEVITABLE DAY OF RECKONING WITH THE IRS? 
Does this make any sense to you at all?  I would like the IRS Commissioner's Staff to
give me a formal opinion on this statement.  Why will I be "bound to
account for the taxes" I haven't neglected to pay on monies I haven't
stolen or failed to report?  Leonard Cohen cannot stop lying and what
is of interest now is that he obviously spent quite a long time on
this pathetic statement.  Therefore, it is pre-meditated, reviewed by
his lawyers, and shows a reckless regard for reality, tax laws,
reporting requirements, fraud, perjury, false accusations, the IRS,
and everything and anything.  It is astounding.  I now understand why
he had no qualms lying about Phil Spector even if it meant his
statements were contrary to those used against Mr. Spector by the Los
Angeles District Attorney.  I think my girlfriend really nailed the
heart of the matter - his long history of drug abuse.  When I was
sitting in the courtroom (although I really wasn't interested in Cohen
- just his testimony), it was shocking to note all the lies and
perjury.  One really cannot reconcile any of this unless you have a
perfect understanding of this man.  The news media has no idea what it
means when Cohen describes his violent mind or emotions, psychiatric
ailments, long history of illicit and prescription drug abuse
(including his interest in plunging on psychiatric meds - at time he
was absolutely vacant), and his alcohol issues.  Leonard Cohen is an
example of a man who was known (in the early 70s) as Captain Mandrax
(quualudes), took LSD extensively, used heroin and meth (and other
drugs), and then ventured into prescription psychiatric medications
and prescription meth.  That is his analysis - he was taking
prescription meth.  That was obvious to me.  He also dabbles in pain
pills and anything he can get his hands on.  He says he pulled his car
over on the way to the airport and through out his drugs but I never
heard that story so perhaps it happened after the fall of 2004.
Somehow I tend to doubt that.

In any event, I would like a formal IRS opinion on the essence of this
statement and the ramifications of this statement.  These are
extremely serious false accusations by a man who is a liar, perjurer,
thief, and a fraud.  Stephen "Jihad" Gianelli evidently is amused by
the IRS and FBI.  Please see his comments at the very bottom of the
article I mocked up from Dr. Heck Of A Guy.  He is amused when he says
"Ha" after mentioning the IRS and FBI.  I continue to view this man as
dangerously unstable and do believe he has confirmed his awareness of
the IRS and FBI countless times so he really has no excuse for his
conduct, conclusions, slander, defamation, unconscionable behavior,
and what I absolutely view as criminal witness tampering, criminal
witness intimidation, possibly blackmail with respect to my sister and
her husband (definitely a bald-faced lie that she started any business
with money of Cohen although Cohen likes to target my entire family
while engaged in his paranoid delusions about cars and other abject
insanity that is indicative of his mindset and not mine), an attempt
to obstruct justice and discredit me, and he seems to have motive.
Investigator Frayeh was correct.  His instincts are right - this man
is a "shady character" and he didn't mean that as a compliment about
"Jihad" Gianelli.  He absolutely advised me that he felt Gianelli
found a sympathetic ear with Spector prosecutor Jackson about me.
Isn't that fascinating and this was sometime in 2009 or 2010.
Do review my musings and observerations.  That will include my
position on Leonard Cohen's demonic prayer.  As I've said - Leonard
Cohen wouldn't know a prayer if he fell over one.  Streeter elicited
testimony that Cohen was Jewish when I knew him.  Even Hailey should
be able to figure out that he would have been Buddhist.  This man is
no Buddhist and Buddhists understand that.  The reason Streeter wanted
to define Cohen as a Jewish relates to the Dallas FBI's investigation
into meth labs, a murder, the Aryan Nation, and the Cartel.  I met the
man whose family the FBI was apparently investigating while homeless.
There is no "implied menace" towards Leonard Cohen.  That is perjury
and it proves that this man is a shameless liar and delusional.
Gianelli wrote an article about this situation and the Dallas and
Houston FBI.  He then deleted it.  He attempted to paint me as a
snitch.  Guess what - when I hear information like this about a
dangerous man whose own nephews fear he will murder them, I do not
care if you call me a snitch or anything else.  These are words for
moronic playground children and this was, from my perspective, a
deadly serious situation.  For Gianelli - it was amusing and a further
opportunity to discredit me.  I have said what I have to say on this
matter and I stand by my words.  I am not afraid of terrorists and I
don't negotiate with them either.
